Furnished two bed, one bath apartment. Centrally located to the nearest beach excursions. 3 to 10min to downtown WPB , Cruise ships and Riviera Beach. Roomy closets within. Umbrella seated canopy outside. Security cameras onsite (records audio around premises). Central AC.
Bedroom 1 : This bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a dresser, (iron and ironing board in closet. 43 Smart TV on wall- stream from your own account).
Bedroom 2: There are two twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king sized, with closet (iron and ironing board in closet). 43 Smart TV on wall- stream from your own account).
LIVING ROOM: The living room has a sofa sleeper (Extra sofa bed - pull it out and sleep). 55-inch smart T.V ( Smart TV on wall- stream from your own account).
ONSITE: BATHROOM :DINING AREAS: KITCHEN: LAUNDRY AREA.
THE OUTDOORS: landscaped exotic plants.

Great stay!

My family and I really enjoyed staying here! The beds were comfortable, the house was very spacious for my family of 4. The owner was accommodating when I needed an extra night. We would definitely stay here again if we vacation this way again.

Everything was as advertised. Nice place, clean and well stocked. Good AC, shower and kitchen appliances. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing place to stay to explore WPB

This was a perfect getaway place for us to explore WPB. The place was super clean and well maintained. It’s near by everything I.e. within 5-10 mins drive. There were 3 smart TV that means kids are happy. The host is super responsive in case you have any questions.

It was okay…

Palm Beach is just expensive, so this is a case of you get what you pay for. It is one of the cheaper places to stay but still too expensive for what you get. Beds were comfortable, but no mattress or pillow protectors and thin sheets. The tub basically didn’t drain (very slowly), there’s no dishwasher, no back up linens, big holes in the bath towels, no extra trash bags, some of the kitchen cabinets are broken, and the kitchen is scantily stocked. I would have liked a chest of drawers in the bedroom to put my clothes in rather than live out of my suitcase. The gate is ridiculous- very difficult to open and my grandson got hurt on it. I can tell the owners did their best with decor and furnishings- it’s just these maintenance and stocking issues that need to be addressed. Not the best neighborhood, but we felt pretty safe.

i had to read this twice to see where or what she is talking about . Mattress or pillow protectors ? . I dont see those at 5 star hotels but you expect them here . There is extra linen in the closet , did you look , a washer and dryer is in the Apt. Trash bags are under the kitchen sink. Kitchen is scantily stocked , we dont supply groceries , but you get the basic utensils and coffee apparatus like most short term rental units . Why would you live out of your suitcase in the bedroom , when a closet and chest of draw are in the bedrooms ? . I get the feeling you are giving the wrong review for another unit, you are welcome to come again and visit and do as i suggested when you visited, reach out to me for any issues. Thanks.
