This is a very clean and tidy condo. It has just enough of everything we needed. The view is gorgeous. We enjoyed watching surfers and the evening sunsets. It's an easy walk into town. We would definitely stay here again.

A great location in walking distance of lots of restaurants and shops. The bedroom is quite bright at night due to lights outside, so we needed sleep masks to sleep. The view from the lanai is beautiful and you can watch the sunset from it.

Convenient location

Great location. Enjoyed the constant sound of the waves.Enjoyed watching the surfers daily. Easy walk to downtown with multiple restaurants serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Great location!

The condo was nice, but the view of the ocean from the lanai off the living room made it truly special. Having a drink while watching the sunset over the water was absolutely wonderful. Easy walk to everything. Very nice place. Would rent again.

Beautiful location!

Ocean front condo! Enjoyed the lanai. Great views! Kitchen was sparse with dishes and silverware. Could have used a bit more. Everything was clean and worked well.

Right on the water

Great location right at the waters edge. We spent late afternoon watching the surfers from the patio. Easy walk to the restaurants and bars in Kona. We enjoyed eating dinner on the patio which is good sized.

Lovely condo with 10 star view!

The condo was perfect for our week visit to the Big Island- convenient to walk to local restaurants and shops but also easy drive to gorgeous beaches, snorkeling and cool hiking. But we found it hard to leave the large, private balcony overlooking the ocean - absolutely the best view we've ever had, just a few feet away! We absolutely loved our stay and can't wait to come back!

Property is just as advertised. Right on the water. Beautiful sunsets. Walking distance to many amenities in Kona. Unit is stocked with all you need.

Excellent location

We walked downtown for lunch, shopping and dinner. Hon'l beach next door is a delight. We took the beach chairs and umbrella to the beach a few times. The kitchen facilities all work great. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai in the morning and the evening.

Great location

Beautiful view. Saw whales, dolphins, turtles. Explored the tide pools at low tide. Enjoyed watching the surfers. Great location and everything within a mile of easy walking to shops and restaurants in Kona. Farmers market had lots of fresh ripe fruit. Quiet except for the ocean waves (they were loud). Unit was nice and we had everything we needed.

Perfect getaway!

The week was amazing, the view each morning was the best way to start the day! Close to town, walking to bars and restaurants and shopping made this the perfect location. Condo was clean and had everything we needed for the week. Thank you!

Absolutely loved the view right on the water from the front deck. Enjoyed the location: such a short walk to Kona town Went to a luau at Royal Kona, which is a short walk from there Enjoyed the unit except the floor was very very dirty.

Great location and condo complex

The neighbors are fun at the pool. The parking is great and the spots are huge for any size vehicle. Location is perfect. Ocean view is almost in your living room. The little beach next door is beautiful. The owner is very nice. We will be back. This is the best island.

AMAZING

This place is so amazing! The view was spectacular including the gorgeous sunsets AND moonsets. The sound of the ocean lulled us to sleep every night. It’s very centrally located so we were able to see many sites on the island. It had all the amenities we needed and the pool area has several BBQs. My fiancé proposed to me on the lanai just after a beautiful sunset so this with always have a special place in my heart! Can’t wait to come back!!
