The Space:
Welcome to The Lookout #311!
With an incredible location situated on Israel Head Road, The Lookout is one of the most well-known and desirable condominiums in Ogunquit. Located on the 3rd floor with both stair and elevator access, this particular condo has been tastefully updated and offers beach-themed decor, a convienent floor plan, and a beautiful deck with outdoor dining, a peak-a-boo view of the ocean and exceptional sunlight. Brand new furnishings in 2024 and a full kitchen for all your culinary needs!
While the unit is a 1 bedroom, there is an additional queen and twin pull-out sofa in the living room. The queen sofa can be enclosed with the "pocket door", allowing that space to transform into a 2nd bedroom with closet space.
The location is absolutely unbeatable. Less than 1/4 mile to Marginal Way and halfway between Perkins Cove and downtown Ogunquit, you can enjoy walkable access to shopping, nightlife, dining, and everything else southern Maine has to offer. Little Beach, a tucked-away local's gem is a stonesthrow away, and Ogunquit's Main Beach is approx. a 10 minute walk.
The Lookout offers a plentiful amount of amenities for their guests, including a swimming pool, playground, well-maintained lawn space, two tennis courts, shuffle-board, BBQ grills, and more!

Saturday Check-Out until 10:00 AM - Drop off keys and the parking pass to Jean Knapp office.Cleaners arrive promptly. Please try to leave the home as you found it. Empty the refrigerator/freezer. Please leave beds unmade. Bring towels to the laundry room please!
