The house is equipped with modern amenities like iron, AC, hair dryer, washing machine, WiFi, and heating. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Port Charlotte. Pool can be heated at an additional expense. Located in a very quiet neighborhood with great amenities just 10 minutes from the home. Bring your boat and fish Charlotte Harbor or take a 45 minute ride down the harbor to beautiful Boca Grande or Cayo Costa. There is one bridge going out of the canal. We have a center console and it gets under the bridge just fine no matter the tides. January - March 31st is monthly rental only*****The rest of the year is Sunday to Sunday, but can be changed on a case by case basis if you just inquire. Thanks!!
