Great location! The service was excellent, and having free parking made the stay even more convenient. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable experience, they also provided lots of beach chairs, etc. Would definitely stay again.

The location was central and the food and shopping within walking distance was wonderful. The bed was very uncomfortable. There are some windows that are old plantation style so do not close all the way which let in noise and bugs. However, the host does include beach gear (chairs, umbrella, towels and cooler) which was nice. The split AC units were so nice to have and kept the place cool. Wouldn’t stay again only due to the bed, otherwise we would go back.

We enjoyed our stay at Plantation Hale. It is a great location close to the beach. There is a nice walking/biking trail that goes for miles to enjoy. The beach is not good for swimming but has nice sand to sit and relax and watch the waves roll in. There is a shopping mall close by with shops, restaurants, and groceries. The unit itself is clean and well stocked.

Perfect location and stay

Stayed here for 8 days and was the perfect stay. Very nice location and room, would definitely book again! Lots of things to do and places to eat nearby.

This is a great place to stay in a convenient location for moving around the island. Lots of places to eat close by. Super close to airport. Check-in was easy and the communication from the property manager was prompt never leaving me to guess about check-in or check out procedures.The only reason I gave this property 4 stars was its location next to the main road. I really enjoy sleeping with windows open when visiting Kauai, but this proved to be a challenge due to road noise. This was is mentioned in the description, but it was a little more than expected. Amenities were all well stocked, and we were pleasantly surprised by beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler.

Kapa'a is a wonderful base to visit points on the island to both the North and the South. This spot is well-located and walkable to groceries and restaurants. I was really happy with the folks from Garden Island properties, who were very responsive and acted promptly to resolve a couple of issues that arose during our stay. Thumbs up!

Excellent condo excellent location

The apt was exactly as pictured. Had everything we needed. The beach chairs were a plusIt was clean and excellent customer service. We liked it being in the middle of Island, easy to go north and south.

Great community

perfect location for jumping off around the island during the day and relaxing and having all the necessary stuff for nights and mornings. great pools, bbq, and all the right amenities.

Family Friendly

The condo was perfect for our family of four. It was convenient near shops, not far from Lihue, and the kids enjoyed the pool and the beach right across the street.

Wonderful, secluded, convenient location

Our check in was hassle free, we walked in to an already cooled room. Condo was clean, it felt like a home away from home, kitchen had all i needed to make our stay even better. I like to cook our own food, even on vacation . The price was decent considering it was during peak time. Thank you

Wonderful!

This is a lovely condo in a great location! We appreciated having the kitchen to prepare some of our meals, and also greatly appreciated the beach chairs & umbrella, beach towels, and cooler for our day trips. Lots of great eateries in the area. Beach is less than 5 minute walk from condo. Kapa’a is perfect location for exploring other parts of the island, as well—quick drive to north, south, and west sides of Kaua’i. We would love to stay here again if we ever have the opportunity to return to Kaua’i.
