Whether you're here for a short stay or an extended vacation, our well equipped condo provides everything you need for a memorable experience in Kailua-Kona at the Kona Bali Kai

Living Area
The studio features an open layout with comfortable furnishings, maximizing space and offering a cozy ambiance. Enjoy a restful night's sleep on a comfortable King bed, while blasting the brand new air conditioner or relax on the plush leather sofa while taking in the beachy views and listening to the peaceful waves crashing.

Full Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-sized refrigerator, freezer, ice-maker, oven, stovetop, microwave, and essential utensils, perfect for preparing full meals. Enjoy the convenience of modern appliances, including a coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, toaster oven, air fryer, blender, coffee grinder, etc.

Bathroom: Equipped with a clean and contemporary shower, sink, and toilet. Fresh towels and essential toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided for your convenience.

Dining Area: A dedicated dining area with a table and chairs provides a comfortable space for meals. Additional bar seating on the lanai for a relaxed dining experience with a peek a boo ocean view.

Lanai: Step outside to your private lanai (balcony) and relish the refreshing ocean and beach views from across the road. This studio has comfortable outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening drink.

Air Conditioning: Recently upgraded brand new A/C installed to maintain a comfortable temperature inside the condo.

High-Speed Internet: Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi, making it easy to work remotely or stream your favorite shows.

Entertainment: The condo includes a large mounted flat-screen TV for your entertainment.

Starter Supplies: Initial supplies of toiletries, paper towels, and toilet paper are provided. For extended stays, guests may need to purchase additional items.

It's an affordable option for getting around, though less frequent than driving.
