Great location to Kona and nearby attractions; lots of towels and beach gear available; clean and modern bathroom and kitchen; Myrna super communicative and helpful. Perfect place for me and my husband to come home to after exploring the island all day.

It was a very nice little place for a great price. Everything worked including the AC and it was very comfortable. Communicating with the host was very easy and they got back to me almost immediately every time! Everything was orderly and very organized. Overall great experience, I would use it again if I had the chance.

A well appointed studio condo. Very comfortable. Loved the Aloha decor. Such terrific pieces. Kitchen has everything you need. Air conditioning was wonderful. The pool is fabulous! The location cannot be beat!! You can walk into town, only 20 minutes from the airport and easy drive to other areas of the island. Only one thing to improve- the lock box for the keys. It was super tricky to open. Almost thought we weren't going to be able to get back in after being out all day.

Very comfortable, clean and quiet condo. We very much enjoyed our stay. Lots of staples like plastic wrap and salt/pepper etc. The only thing to be aware of is the BBQ is charcoal not gas if that’s important to you.

Great location and accommodation

Unit is updated and very well maintained. Owner and property manager very easy to communicate with if necessary. Had a wonderful time and enjoyed the lanai.

Everything was explained perfectly and went smoothly. I did try both wifi passwords provided and neither worked but it wasn’t really an issue for me personally. I would definitely stay again! Thank you Myrna.

Great stay!

Condo was clean, comfortable, homey, cozy. Towels, fully stocked kitchen, beach/pool towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, & coolers provided. Host were wonderful & easy to communicate with too. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time! The property was exactly as described and was perfect! Loved the thoughtfulness of providing beach chairs, towels, and cooler. Check in and checkout were seamless and instructions very clear. Appreciated the information book as well. Thanks so much for a great stay!

We love the decorations and the Hawaii theme. The location was great close to town. The pool has a great view of the Kailua Bay. It was also wonderfully clean

Great location on the Big Island!

Fully well equipped condo with all the conveniences. Close and easy access to everything on the Kona side. Easy also to adventure out. Highly recommend and would stay again when in the area. Great communication and easy access.

We live in Redwood City, CA just south of the San Francisco Bay Area, and visit the condo four times a year to check on all maintenance issues, constantly updating and replacing towels and linens.

We bought this condo based on several considerations. The location is amazing and less than a mile from downtown Kona Village. The unit is closer to the ocean away from Alii Drive, but the number one reason was the beautiful ocean-side pool with views of the Kona Harbor.

This is a small and charming complex. We are centrally located on Alii Drive, just a quick drive to many beaches, restaurants, shopping, and activities.
