On the ground level downstairs (no interior staircase) there are two bedrooms, one has a queen size bed, the other has 2 twins, the laundry area and a lovely, screened patio. Lagoon access to launch the two complimentary kayaks...and Cabana Club membership with pool, beach and bar. Hi speed internet service, gas grill. Keurig coffee maker.
Brand-new dock with 20’ x 8’ pier, and swim ladder. 4 feet of water at mean low tide. Bait freezer and fish cleaning table for your use. Outside shower by the back porch. Water on the dock as well.
See abundant fish, sting rays, and occasionally the manatees while walking to the pier-head, where you can experience unobstructed, panoramic water-view sunsets over the gulf.
