The apartment was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. A stone’s throw from the beach, modern appliances, clean, and perfect for a family of 5. The host was super responsive and made sure we had all the information we needed. We also had two parking spots which made parking super easy. I would definitely book this place again if we come back to ocean city.

This apartment is very nice! just as the listing described, it was very clean, included everything you would need for a week stay and steps from the beach. We did not have any issues with the apartment but the host checked in with us on the arrival date to make sure all was going well.

The rental was beautiful, clean and the renter even had kitchen/bathroom/laundry supplies so we didn’t have to purchase anything additional for the week. I would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was perfectly located a half block from the beach. The neighborhood was quiet in the evening with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The balcony was nice to sit and have a morning coffee. The kitchen was well equipped for anyone wanting to make meals in. There were even some board games in the drawer of the island to pass a rainy day. The small washer/dryer made it perfect to do a small laundry if needed. The host was super responsive, though aside from we’re here and thanks for having us we didn’t need to bother them at all. There are 2 spots in the building garage for parking so you don’t have to find one on the street (big plus!). I would definitely recommend staying here.

Salty sands

Salty sands unit was a great place to spend my summer vacation at. We enjoy staying in ocean city. out of all my times there this was by far the best experience. Great location to the beach and restaurants.

Great spot by the beach!

Place was perfect for our group. Nice big balcony with a good view of the water. Easy parking. Comfy beds. Well furnished. The only thing I wish they’d had were some basic cooking ingredients like oil, salt & pepper, etc. But overall is was a very pleasant stay.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The condo was spacious, the kitchen was well equipped, and the location was excellent with very easy access to the beach. However, there were a few issues that affected our comfort, especially with our 9‑month‑old. The floors hadn’t been cleaned before our arrival, so our baby couldn’t crawl around as we had hoped. There was also pet hair on the bed and sofa. The washer and dryer were too small to wash the comforter, and one of the sinks was a bit clogged. The toilet seats were worn and could use replacing. With a deeper cleaning and a few updates, this could be a great rental.

I will preface by saying we have stayed in multiple units in this building over a period of 38 years. It was a spur of the moment 2nd week for us this year. The updated kitchen was gorgeous. Our main issue was lighting and seating. There was no overhead light in the dining area. No lamps at all throughout the condo for reading, etc. For the price we paid, the bathroom bathing areas could have been updated to match the kitchen. Also expected the washer/dryer to be updated. The bathroom and washer/dryer, we know, are originals. Just adding constructive criticism. Cannot give enough kudos to Jodi and Tamara at Beachaus Rentals for their excellent assistance and attention. Thank you.

The place although listed as ocean block is closer to the street than the ocean. It is an updated place with an updated kitchen & nice balcony. However, bathrooms are dated. When we arrived, we were not able to find our 2nd parking space; I messaged the manager to let them know with no message. Turns out repairs to parking garage were going on. If they didn't know of the repairs, they could've acknowledged my message.

Absolutely amazing! We rent every year and this is the first time I am writing a review, and that's because of how amazing this place was! We have two older kids and it was perfect! Clean, close to the beach, close to restaurants and the hosts are awesome! Thanks so much!
