A great cozy place to stay.

The property was clean and well kept. Me and my family felt like we were at a home away from home.

Convenient location

Had some issues at onset of stay but Tony rectified these immediately. Nice neighbors and quiet neighborhood. Decided to extend stay and Tony was able to accommodate which was appreciated. Enjoyed watching the bunnies in the backyard.

Quiet Getaway

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. It is a very cute and quiet neighborhood. Conveniently located, you can get to Kernersville, Downtown Winston Salem, shopping, groceries, etc. An additional bonus is that you are a short drive away from many tourists attractions. We visited Pilot Mountain, Hanging Rock State Park, NC Zoo in Asheboro, Salem Lake and a few local events in downtown Winston Salem all within an hour’s drive at the most. The events in Winston Salem were minutes away. I would definitely recommend.

NOT a gem.

Not good. Neighboorhood messy with over abundance of street parking. Distance to decent grocery stores and restaurants too far away. House in itself was dirty and appliances and beds were unsatisfactory. My personal view for anyone considering this rental is DON'T.

Guest stayed for 30 days with not one complaint and then sends a barrage of issues once he left even after communicating with me several times. Non existent communication. Issues could have easily been fixed with a simple call or message. Loads of prior guests have given property 10s or five stars in all categories. Trust the majority opinion and not this outlier.
