This specious condo is located in Phase 2 of Las Palomas on the 9th floor of the Cortez building and features 4 bedrooms each designed for relaxation and convenience.



The Check-in/out process is managed by Casago Rental not Las Palomas Front desk. There is no option to bill items to the room, maid service is not inclusive, and all towels are located in the unit. Casago is responsible for wristband and parking pass distribution and any maintenance items are handled by the Host.

5 stars! Everything about our stay was perfection. The owner stayed in close communication almost from the moment we booked the stay and was available for help throughout our entire stay. Check in was smooth and easy and able to be completed early in the day so we could enjoy the resort before we could check in to the unit. The unit itself was sparkling clean, spacious and had all the amenities we could possibly want. The resort had everything we needed. We have been coming to Rocky Point for years and our group agreed this was the best condo we’ve ever stayed in. We will certainly be back. Thank you!

Tom is an outstanding Host! The property was as advertised with beautiful ocean views and lots of space for a large group to relax in. He was quick to respond with our questions and rectified the small issue that we had. The property was well stocked with kitchen necessities and plenty of clean towels, bedding and paper goods. We will certainly use one of his properties in the near future!

Our stay in Rocky Point was amazing! The condo was absolutely perfect for four adults and four children! There was plenty of room and the condo was perfectly stocked. There was even some beach toys with a wagon that came in handy. Check I. Was off site, but was very easy and quick. Tom, the host, was available for our calls and accommodated our early checkin request! He was very hospitable. Highly recommend this property! We will be booking again for our next trip!

Beautiful Unit

Big screens tvs everywhere , clean, big unit with plenty of room for the family, plenty of seating inside and out and four full baths, will definitely stay at this unit again.
