Host responded quickly and communicated effectively. The host also provided a helpful guide for check-in and check-out, house amenities, map of train stations, route to airports, and local restaurants. The space was ample for six people to stay and everything necessary was provided.

The place was spotless and exactly as described. It comfortably sleeps six people, and the check-in instructions were super easy to follow. Communication with the host was smooth and clear throughout. The location was perfect — surrounded by tons of great places to eat and explore. Would absolutely stay here again.

Had a great stay in shin-okubo. The location v is in the heart of Korea-town and a very short walk to the shin-okubo station. There’s plenty of shopping and dining nearby and Shinjuku station with tons to see and do is also only a 20 min walk. Despite being in a busy area, the apartment was very quiet and comfortable!

We had such a lovely stay at this property. Its location next to Shin Okubo station is extremely convenient for exploring Tokyo. The interior itself is very efficient with its space. We had a party of 6 adults and were all comfortable!

This was a great apartment to stay in. It’s in an excellent location with easy access to trains. Akemi was a great host and responded to questions very quickly. We would stay here again.

Excellent location very close too two metro stations. The apartment was clean and needs were comfortable. The food and dessert options in the area are endless. Would definitely recommend if starting in the area.

This was perfect for the 4 of us. Great location close to train to get around Tokyo, Neighborhood was filled with shops and places to eat. We loved the Bake Factory just a couple doors down . 7 Eleven is across the street. The space was great with seperate bedrooms and two bathrooms it gave us plenty of room. I highly suggest this place if you are planning a trip to Tokyo. Our family over and over again said to each other how this was a perfect place for our trip.

Close to metro. Above the busy street noise. Nice apartment.

Apartment was nice size for five adults. So nice to have 2 showers and 2 toilets. Conveniently close to lots of restaurants and konbini. Even a Don Q just down the road. A small mix up with room assignments but host quickly resolved the issue. Washer was great to have and it was able to partially dry clothes but in the humidity of June, just had to hand clothes…lots of hangers for this. Would recommend a stay here

Great location between major sites. Even though it's on a main road, about 3 minute walk from the subway, it was surprisingly quiet. Owner is very responsive. Air conditioning is heavenly!

Amazing place, perfect location!

Great location just within a station with a few stops to shibuya, Shinjuku, and harjuku! Quick easy walk to the subway! Place was big with two full bath! Made it a breeze with 5 people. Host was very responsive and helpful. Easy check in and out! Would highly recommend this location if wanting to visit the places above

Convenient location

Convenient location is key to this place. 3 minute walk to the Yamanote line. Very clean unit and Asami was very attentive when answering questions.

The good and the bad

Asami was an absolutely lovely host, very responsive and helpful. Communication was excellent. The flat was clean and the bathrooms, showers and toilet rooms are very good. We did not find the kitchen amenable to cooking other than coffee and toast. It is very cramped quarters for two couples. There is very limited space for clothing storage other than hanging which required us to purchase a plastic bureau since we were there for an extended stay. The flat is located only steps from Shin Okubo station on the very useful and popular Yamanote Line which makes travel around Tokyo fairly easy. However this location in Korea Town is swarming with Kpop fans and can even make walking down the sidewalk difficult. The location was our biggest disappointment.
