You’ll love how this newly reimagined one-bedroom king suite blends historic charm with a fresh, open feel for the 2026 season. The spacious king bedroom offers a relaxing retreat after a day in the sun, while the full living room and dining area give you room to spread out and truly settle in. It’s perfect for couples looking for a cozy getaway, and with a comfortable sleeper sofa, it works beautifully for a small family too.

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to enjoy everything from a quick breakfast before hitting the beach to a relaxed dinner at home. Step out onto the balcony and take in the energy of the boardwalk with the ocean just steps away. It’s the kind of place where you can sip your morning coffee while watching the town come to life or unwind in the evening with the sound of the waves in the background. You’ll also enjoy modern comforts like Wi Fi, air conditioning, and smart TVs, all thoughtfully paired with the character of this historic six unit building that has been welcoming guests for over 60 years.

Please note that parking is available for one compact car. If you have an oversized vehicle or need parking for an additional car, arrangements will need to be made in advance. We do have a partnership with a nearby lot that offers discounted parking for our guests, and we’re happy to help you coordinate that before your arrival.

It was a perfect time to be in Ocean City - fewer crowds and moderate temperatures. We enjoyed our five day stay. The management company was very helpful and the unit was clean and nicely decorated. As the description says, it's an older building and there could be a bit more maintenance but the view is wonderful and the location is perfect if you want to enjoy the boardwalk activities. It's also surprisingly quiet inside the unit, regardless of the noise from the boardwalk..We visited Berlin, MD, Assateague and Chincoteague also and it was a great base for day trips.

We booked a last minute trip and are so happy we found this place! The location was perfect- a block from the Jolly Roger Amusement Park on the boardwalk. I thought the noise level was good considering where it is located. I have problems sleeping in general and it didn’t keep me awake. Being surrounded by the energy of the boardwalk overlooking the ocean was wonderful. The window AC unit works great in the front living area/room with pullout sofa but it’s not quite as cool in the bedroom. I sleep hot in general and travel with a fan. So with my fan, ceiling fan and keeping the doors open to the main area we were comfortable and slept well. The bed was comfortable and the place was very clean. We needed an iron and ironing board so I reached out to Kelly and someone brought one right over. Pay attention to the parking. Our vehicle fit in the assigned spot just fine with room for cars in the other spots. However, another guest tried to park their minivan next to our spot over the line into my spot. I pulled up as this was happening and asked him politely to move over so I could fit in my spot. He did and we didn’t have any issues after that. If that happens, it’s not the fault of management as they have clear instructions and a lot just around the corner with a discounted rate if necessary. Also, if stairs are a problem there is only stair access- no elevator. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place!
