perfect, clean, great location

Wonderful home in perfect location. Clean, fully stocked, close to Ditch. Owner is very responsive. Large family room, 3 spacious bedrooms, updated bathrooms and kitchen. Grill and large deck allowed for enjoyable meals.

Perfect Beach House

Just a short walk on a private road to one of the best beaches in the world. We loved this home for our family of 6. It is adorable and met our needs just right. Beautiful kitchen for all to gather in. The deck was perfect for an intimate dinner or to unwind. The bathrooms are clean and updated- very key. Closet space and draw space galore.

Amazing location & beautiful home!

This home and location exceeded our expectations. This was our first time renting in this neighborhood and beach so I was a bit nervous on what to expect... when we arrived at the house, it was such a relief! The exterior and property was so pretty and inviting. The recent upgrades in the kitchen and baths were awesome. The common living space is open with high ceilings and perfect for family dinners and hanging out (the pictures don't do it justice). The back deck is nice with lounge chairs, dining area and a very clean grill. Water pressure was fantastic and air conditioning worked great. We are a family of 5 with 2 teenagers so the only complaint would be the amount of available beds-we brought an air mattress with us to give everyone their own bed. Would be nice if one room had twin beds or a bunkbed. The beach!!! The road is gorgeous, sandy and quiet. The walk to the beach is easy, although with younger kids it may be tough. For us it was a beautiful adventure! Felt like we were in another world : ) We got to watch some crazy talented surfers from the sand, there was even a surf competition going on one day. The water was beautiful and fun. The beach itself is a bit rockier and smaller than we are used to but the facilities and access to food trucks was very cool! All in all, fantastic vacation. Definitely would rent again.

Perfect Seaside House!

Our family spent 2 weeks at Seaside and loved every minute! It was clean, chic and located in the most incredible neighborhood in Montauk. We loved that it was a dirt path away from the ocean and cliffs of Montauk. It is completely private and gives off a cool attitude. When we had some simple issues, Joan was on it and fixed it immediately. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the right kind of Montauk experience.

PERFECT VACATION HOUSE!!

My family stayed at this vacation home last summer and we couldn’t have been happier. The walk to Ditch Plains beach is short and amazing . The house is comfortable and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. Great location. Would highly recommend.

Great Beach House in Montauk

I've been going to Montauk for many years and this is the best house I have stayed in. The house was very clean and quiet and all amenities were brand new. The beach (with lifeguards and great surfing) was a short walk down a quiet country road. Town was just a 5 minute bike ride away. This is an excellent beach house with wonderful owners. We will definitely be back. I would highly recommend this house for a romantic getaway or a fun trip with the kids. Our two boys had a great time in the large yard and walked to play on the beach for hours everyday. They didn't even miss their ipads!
