4 bedroom, 3 bath, direct ATV trail access to NH trails via the commerce trail.

Stay comfortably in Canaan at this 4-bedroom house. This welcoming property offers a pleasant atmosphere for guests to relax and unwind. With 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 5 twin beds, there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy a good night's sleep. The house features a fully equipped kitchen, two cozy living rooms, one with a queen sofa bed, and 3 bathrooms with amenities like a hair dryer and a jetted bathtub. Whether you're exploring the nearby attractions or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings, you're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. Quiet neighborhood, dead end location, beautiful flat backyard for games or enjoy the firepit. ATV riders have a designated "gear room", so they can leave their muddy/dusty/dirty riding gear in the basement and not track it into the main house. At the end of a long day of riding, relax in the soaker tub and rejuvenate yourself for the next day.

Very nice. Charge for a dog a bit excessive

The pet fee is $50.00 which covers the additional cleaning required after you check out. I'm sorry you feel this is excessive, but it's what I have to pay the cleaning crew.
