Another Great Time at Santana Row

This was our second time staying. It is an ideal location to meet up with friends and family. The proximity to shops and restaurants is perfect. Secure parking a plus! Nice and cozy. Perfect size for a short trip. The owners are amazing. Friendly and accommodating!This is our go to spot when traveling to San Jose!

Michael was great with communicating. He met me at the property and showed me the ropes. The condo was perfect for me . The location was an added plus. I was there on some stressful business. and walking Santa Row was quite enjoyable. The live entertainment in the square was fun to experience. I will be back.

Comfortable and Convenient

Highly recommend staying at this comfortable condo. You can’t beat the location with so many shops, restaurants, and things to do! It comes with a secure dedicated parking space. I usually stay at the hotel across the street at a far larger cost, and this location was so much better as it includes a well-stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, and so much more. Glad we found this place.

Perfect stay in Santana Row

Best unit of its kind on Santana Row. It was spotless, well stocked and updated. We loved the view, the cheerful colors and the spaciousness. Hope to stay here again when we return.

Location, Location, Location

Private access with reserved, and secure parking a plus! The layout was very open, some walls to create separation, but very clean and organized. The view is the main strip of Santana Row. There is a French bakery across the street with amazing deserts and pastries. Outdoor seating to enjoy a coffee with your croissant. The property managers were very nice and were happy to service our every need.

Exactly as advertised

The property is extremely convenient and well kept. Very comfortable and priced appropriately. One suggestion is to provide a few extra towels. Owner was very communicative and pleasant. Great location for getting around the San Jose area and Santana Row is nice.

Spectacular Apartment and Great Owners!

If you're going to San Jose then you must stay in this spectacular apartment. It was stylish, immaculate, modern and in an outstanding location in the heart of Santana Row. While trendy, the Row has bars and restaurants for everyone and the shopping is also a cut above. In addition, Michel (the owner) was incredibly accommodating. The apartment is stocked with multiple types of coffee, teas, espresso (with an espresso maker and a coffee maker) and he had stocked the refrigerator as well. The bathroom is spotless and Michel had stocked it with toothbrushes, shampoos, q-tips and even dental floss! Having stayed in other VRBO's, Michel & Lin's was definitely head and shoulders above the others in terms of the condition, their attention to detail and the way in which they accommodate you. I'm a low maintenance guest never really bother anyone for anything and primarily use VRBO's for business travel but Michel checked in to be sure that everything was ok or if I needed anything. On top of that, I had checked out and gone to my last meeting when I realized that I left my cell phone in the apartment. I emailed Michel and he met me back at the apartment to return my phone. If you're looking for accommodations in San Jose, are tired of staying in another one-room hotel and want somewhere that make's you feel at home while being in the hottest spot in San Jose then you must rent this apartment! The reserved parking space in the building's garage is also a huge bonus.

This was a great place to stay. The owner met me to show me around the facility. Lots of cooking supplies and a pod coffee maker to use. Very convenient over Santana row.

Great place!

Best location in San Jose! Michael and Lin were beyond amazing and helpful. Always very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Condo was clean and had everything you needed. Located right on Santana Row makes it so easy to just walk down for some shopping and dinner. Will stay again! Thank you Michael and Lin!

Wry responsive host. Great location

Loved the place. Host was great. Asked for a blender and extra pillows and he brought them over. Lots of shopping nearby. Westfield is a great mall nearby.

Convenient and Comfortable for Extended Stay, Amazing Hosts

I cannot emphasize enough how lovely the hosts are. They were considerate and accommodating, for everything from check-in, to working with my unpredictable schedule and helping me extend my stay when needed. The condo itself is excellently located right on Santana Row, and perfect for people watching while sipping on a glass of wine, or getting into the mix and exploring one of the many restaurants the Row has to offer. Unit comes with designated underground parking, entry key fob, washer/dryer, Netflix, full kitchen, comfortable bed, everything you need. I highly recommend a stay here.

Nicest location in the area

We enjoyed our stay and would come back again. The location was pleasant, safe, and lots of shopping and restaurants. The room was right on the strip where you could just people watch from the living room.

Perfect spot for our getaway!

Michael was a terrific communicator from day one. A huge thank you to Ginger for greeting us upon arrival and showing us around! The location is fabulous with lots of energy in Santana Row, but also a great spot for day trips! The unit had everything anyone could need - well stocked and very well appointed! We will rent again on our next visit to the area! Thank you!

Convenient Comfortable Condo on Santana Row

The owners were excellent communicators from booking, meeting me at the unit and until the check out. The condo is in an excellent location with a parking space in the underground garage. I felt safe and secure in the building because all of the entry doors are locked 24/7 with a key fob. It was a treat to come and go for shopping and dining in a trendy area for the week all the while feeling safe. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and utensils and there is a small washer and dryer with detergent and softener. The unit is very clean and smartly decorated. The bed was super comfortable and the bedding is high quality. It was exactly what we needed for our stay in San Jose.

Incredibly well-dquipped condo in a lively location.

The condo is bright and cheery. The location couldn't be better. It's a half block from Safeway and a few minutes from the freeway. We could easily access most of Silicon Valley. The host is helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay again.
