Santana Row Great Stay

Great location on Santana Row. Susie and Jurgen were great and everything was as looked online. The place is bright and clean and centrally located. Would absolutely stay again. Thanks again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Would definitely come back. Just a few minor issues. I'm only 5'4" so I could barely reach to hang clothes. Dining table needs adjustment. A bit wobbly. Sturdier pillows would be nicer on sofa.

Great loft located in a fantastic area of San Jose CA! Everything was really amazing, the communication from Juergen and Susie was fantastic and everything went really well. I’ll definitely stay there again when I’m in town!

Conner was very responsive and accommodating when we had to check in a little earlier and checking out a little later due to our travel from and back to Zurich. The unit was positively as described. Space was big enough for me and my daughter. Location was perfect for our stay and the direct parking was perfect for us. Thank you so much for making our stay and experience very comfortable.

Clean and very courteous

The rental was exactly as advertised. Very clean. The rental is fully stocked. My only suggestion for renters is to bring water with them or a type of filter if you need filtered water to drink. But the tap water is fine honestly. But that doesnt take away from thr rest of the rental The check in process was so quick and easy. The manager met me at the lobby and walked me to the parking spot and to the room. The manager was polite friendly and just so sweet. He let me know to call or text if I needed anything at all. I had to change my check in time due to traffic and the host was very prompt with responding back and understanding. Will definitely book with this host in the future. This rental was cleaner than any place I've stayed before.

Great location.

This was a great property in a wonderful convenient location. It was very clean and quiet and the owners were easy to reach. The parking spot included made such a difference making it easy to access and very safe. Definitely would stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Great location and convenience!

Had a great week at the property in Santana Row. The location was ideal, right in the heart of Santana Row restaurants and retail. Easy on/off and access to 280 and 880 coming out of the (secure) parking garage, and 85 only a couple of miles away (huge unanticipated benefit!). Nice TV setup with access to Xfinity channels + Apps, and a comfy (foldout) couch.

Location Location Location

This is the perfect location for shopping and dining in the Santa Clara, San Jose area. Enjoyed my stay. The homeowners were very accommodating to my late arrival and any questions I had. The unit is in the perfect spot on Santana Row. I would definitely rent again.
