Dear Michelle, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent stay at our vacation home. We're glad to hear that the location was convenient for your visits to Disney parks, the aquarium, beaches, and restaurants. We apologize for any confusion regarding the supplies provided during your stay. It is standard practice for vacation homes to supply a starter pack, which includes some essential items to begin your stay. We understand that this may require guests to purchase additional supplies, but we hope this didn't cause too much inconvenience. We'll make sure to clarify this policy in our communication with future guests. Regarding the leak you experienced, our maintenance team checked it and found it to be a small issue that had already dried due to the AC. However, we took your concern seriously and fixed it within 24 hours to prevent it from happening again. We apologize for any discomfort this may have caused during your stay. We value your feedback and will take it into consideration to improve our services for future guests. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out. Best regards, Ronald
