The house was in a great location. The walk to the beach was very short and was paved or sand matted all the way to the dune. House was in great order, clean and the layout was great for our family of four plus dog. The outdoor shower and the back porch hose made sand removal super easy. We did our absolute best to keep sand out of the house for the sake of the cleaning service and next guests. Richard was great! Very hospitable and friendly. We look forward to booking again next year. Richard is great, welcoming and very easy to communicate with. 10/10 would recommend.

Not a direct view but a convent location to the beach. Owner has chairs and umbrellas waiting for you! This is a quiet location great for us older vacationers

The property is a great location with a very short walk to the beach and also close to shops and restaurants. The home is a great condition and was very clean. Richard, the owner and host, was excellent to work with and took care of everything. Our overall experience was wonderful and we look forward to visiting again.

This is a great property! It’s situated on what might be the safest street in Florida, it’s close to the beach, it’s well-appointed with everything we needed, and, best of all, Richard was awesome!

Wonderful vacation home

Richard got us checked in as soon as we arrived and show us around the property. Everything was great and we had everything we needed to relax for our stay. Nice beds and furniture and good appliances. It's very close to the beach.It's a great place and he takes very good care of it. We're definitely going back.

The property is perfectly located where its very close to all the attractions but far enough out to where the beaches weren't at all crowded, very clean and comfortable, had everything you would require for a comfortable getaway

Perfect Stay!

Perfect location

I have been coming to Pensacola my whole life and well before the huge houses were built. This house was very charming and had such a homey feel to it. Russell was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We had to bring our dog this trip and it was dog friendly. Win for everyone. Beautiful, Clean and Friendly!

We came to Pensacola with another couple to move our daughters into UWF. The home was absolutely gorgeous and was very clean and very comfortable! The owner was super friendly and very communicative about the home and where to find things. The beach was just beautiful! Highly recommended this home!

Perfect Beach Stay

My family and I would like to stay here again for sure. We enjoyed the easy walk to the beach, beach supplies and use of the outside shower. We had everything we needed for grilling and cooking daily. The amenities, accessibility the cleanliness and the host, we rate ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A Wonderful Escape

This beach house had everything we needed for our family vacation. The beach access is so close! The garage was full of beach gear you can borrow. The kitchen had all the basics you need if you like to cook some of your meals like we do. The outdoor shower was amazing and spacious. The property owner was great and helpful! I am sure we will choose this location again in the future!
