Situated directly on the sand, you'll be just steps from a pristine stretch of beach connecting to the Gulf Islands National Seashore. A private deck offers a scenic spot for morning coffee and a shady bench swing under the deck makes a perfect perch for afternoon cocktails. Primary guests will also enjoy access to a private balcony.



The breezy three-story interior features plenty of room to spread out, with an open-concept main floor designed for comfortable group gatherings. This condo is very large and right on the water. The property was clean and had plenty of space. Owners have games in the entertainment center for guests to use. We did contact the management company about bringing our 14 year old dog that is less than 30 pounds and it came with a charge of 200 plus tax. We stayed for 2 nights and to us that charge is extremely high so we didn’t bring our girl. Beds are comfortable but take note they do have a wide frame around the edges. Would consider staying here again. Overall, we loved the size, balconies and ability to walk right out onto the beach.

No better view or location

Perfect place to stay for great beach views and easy access. The amount of beds was perfect for our family of 8 adults. Booked it again for next year!

Perfect spring break!

Beautiful home right on the beach! Only a few miles from the boardwalk and restaurants, etc. House was very clean and all of the beach toys and chairs was a huge plus. Thank you for a great vacation!

Plenty of room to spread out

This property not only had an amazing view and location but it had everything you need from beach toys and chairs to pots and pans to room to spread out. It easily held our large group with no problems. We really enjoyed the home and will rent it again!

Great place with easy access to the beach; To get to the beach you just need to go out to the balcony, down the stairs, and you are on the beach.

Would stay again for sure!

We loved this place. Right on the beach, roomy, lots of extras like beach toys for the lids and the kitchen was fully stocked. There were minor items missing which didn’t make a lot of sense, like there was an ironing board but no iron (we were in town for a wedding and needed to iron our clothes) and no hangers in the closets or dressers to store your things. But overall, we loved it and would for sure stay again.

Found the One

This is our favorite location on the panhandle. Beach is not crowded and is literally steps out the back door. Layout of unit worked well for us. It would be helpful to have a 9 x 13 pan and also potholders. Great experience.

Great location

We had a lovely stay but I'll mention a few things to help future guests. Clean except for blinds and baseboards. Lots of beach towels but they weren't on list of what is provided. Beach chairs need replacing. Property would benefit from table and chairs on balcony outside living room and some paint refreshing.

Garage was full of mold. Smell was overwhelming. Stairwell leading to house was completely filled with the smell of mold. It was very disappointing to pay so much money and then have to spend half your vacation cleaning the property so it was safe to stay. Vacasa said they could move us but never gave us the info we needed till 9pm the night before our reservation ended.

Perfect for our family get together

We had a wonderful time celebrating the twins 70th birthday. Perfect for our 2 families. Would have been nice to have a few more amenities like salt snd coffee filters. Nice that they provided a garage remote. A few more beach chairs would have been nice but they did have plenty of things for the kids to play in the sand and good rinse off areas. Nice patios. Large bunk beds were great for the kids. Loved being able to just walk out to the beach. We'll be back for sure!

Turtle Ridge

Home has some wear and tear from a well loved him, which you would expect. Location was amazing and very private. Our group consisted of 10 family members Grandparents, Parents, Aunts and 2 small kids. The townhouse was big enough for us and gave us plenty of quiet spaces. Easy access to beach. Home had ebough amenities like out door chairs, umbrella, extra beach towels, blankets and enough silverware , glasses and dishes for a large group. Townhouse was exactly as posted on vrbo. Graduation trip

We made a mini beach trip out of graduation for one of my kids. This house is a good size to hold a large group. One of the rooms has bunk beds not listed. It’s in a perfect location just minutes from the businesses on Pensacola beach. Couple negatives: A couple lights didn’t work One of the lazy Susan’s doors were broken The light cover in kitchen was broke To throw trash away it’s a small hike Dryer takes forever to dry even just 4 towels Overall we would stay there again! We would recommend others to the house as well

Wonderful

This place is. Exactly as the photos show and more. Plenty of beach towels,chairs,etc. you really not need to bring personal items! Breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Kitchen full stocked. The only add i might suggest is a few nonstick pans. My son wanted to cook eggs and found it more challenging with the metal pans. Would highly recommend this location!

Home Away

The condo was perfectly placed away from the crowds but close to restaurants and atractions. Drive slowly on the roads- Speed bumps! The wrong lock combo was a minor nuisance but we got a new one and got in. The beds were not as listed online but it was better for us. The 4th bedroom had 2 full-size bunk beds. The rooms were most comfortable and the kitchen was well acquitted. However, sharp knives, pot holders and a better can opener would be helpful. The condo held eleven of us very comfortably. I would recommend it to all.

Spectacular location and nice place for families

This property is RIGHT on the beach in a location that can’t be beat. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly during a very hot spell. This was a gorgeous, uncrowded stretch of Pensacola beach. The property was clean and had what we needed. A few small things could have improved our stay: most of the beach chairs were broken and unusable. The dryer didn’t work properly (got hot but did not spin). The wooden outdoor deck chairs were not in good condition. The house came with plenty of towels and the linens on the bed were great. I would absolutely stay here again, but we would have to buy or bring beach chairs (hard to do if you if you’re flying). We had great weather and a wonderful stay. The small negatives were minor and did not affect our stay.
