Beautiful beach front condo with ocean view and all the amenities needed to enjoy a memorable vacation. Includes covered parking garage, 24/7 security, washer/dryer, gym, four pools, lap pool & jacuzzi. There`s beach access right from the building. Located 5 minutes from the Malecón by car or a 20 minute walk. Grocery store, restaurants, banks, all within walking distance. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook, including a stove, oven, and microwave.
We offer fast and reliable WiFi service of 150 Mbps on fiber optic cable, perfect for those who need to work from home. We also offer over 80 TV channels in English and Spanish.
The building is brand new, finished in 2020. The total space is approximately 800 square feet. The decor is modern but comfortable, including two smart TV`s, central AC, a full breakfast/dining area for 4 people, water cooler, and a large 130 square foot balcony with two lounge chairs and a hanging hammock chair. The balcony is roofed to protect you from the elements and with romantic lighting for late nights or sunsets. This unit is on the 13th floor and is unique to the rest of the buildings because of its high ceilings. The bathroom is modern with surrounding floor to ceiling tempered glass, toiletries and bathrobes.
Vallarta Property Management Co. manages this property. They will check you in and be on call during your stay. Feel free to call if you need recommendations or have any questions.
The neighborhood is called Zona Hotelera Norte. The development is called Harbor171 and is located right in front of Camarones beach, just 1 mile from the Malecón and 2.8 miles to the Marina. The nearest grocery store is 2 blocks away. Banks, hospitals, and most of the cities points of interest are within a 10 minute drive.
The front gate can help call you a cab. Uber is also an option. The nearest public bus stop is 3 blocks away.
*** There is a 2nd tower under construction next door. Most guests have not found it bothersome but everyone`s noise tolerance level is different. Please take this into consideration before booking.
No smoking allowed. Per HOA rules, guests staying at the condo can only have 2 guests visit during the day and they must leave by 10:00 pm. All guests must be registered at least 24 hours in advance with the front gate security team.
