Beautiful Rooftop Unit with Stunning Views

We stayed for two months and loved it. Breathtaking views of PV and the ocean, and a great neighborhood with many interesting shops and restaurants.The owner was very responsive and cooperative. We absolutely recommend it. We are planning to return in December, and will rent all four floors of the building.

The elevator equipped rental is located in the 5th of December departmento. Authentic safe and clean Mexican neighborhood complete with roosters crowing and childen playing.The rental has air conditioning, tv with cable, queen size bed, bathroom and HOT water shower. The kitchen is outside on the rooftop with a lounge area and salt water pool.The beach is a short 4 block walk from the rental unit. There is a major grocery store, lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The owners and live in staff are friendly and very quick to respond to questions that you have. The unit is exactly as described. Excellent views of the bay and city.The unit has exceptional water pressure. The WiFi is great for streaming. We will definitely be staying here each time we are back in Puerto Vallarta. Great stay.Thank you for sharing your property with us

The owner wasn’t helpful; he kept saying” contact Vrbo”. The kitchenette was dirty- I had to wash inside all cupboards. The hosts were nice but not proactive: we constantly had to ask for more supplies. We had no hot water or adequate pressure at our kitchen sink. There was no microwave or kettle as listing on VRBOVery unhappy with our stay.

Nice

My husband and I stayed 4 nights. Walking distance to everuthing we needed. We originally got the 1 bedroom on the rooftop. Super nice, but found out it was a queen bed on vrbo. Our host was more then accommodating and upgraded to the 3 bedroom. We found both rooms super nice. We will be back!

Excellent location, nice enough property. Check in was easy. Room was accessible from the shared rooftop terrace. The terrace was wonderful with sweeping views of the city and bay. Pool was nice and plenty of seating to chill out. The room itself was quirky. The bed was really soft and a little saggy on the sides which gave the feeling of falling out if you got too close. Bathroom didn’t have any hooks to hang towels or an outlet for hairdryer. Nice shower. WiFi worked well.
