The house was beautiful and exactly as pictured! The location was very safe, quiet, only 4 blocks from the beach, with space enough for parking 3 SUVs.A couple of notes for the owner: the slats in the outside shower are the same width and distance apart as the slats of the fence - any neighbor can look through the fence and get peeks of whoever is in the shower from all directions.It would be nice to have a table or seating in the backyard, along with a grill.If you're not going to have dressers for clothing in the bedrooms, add some cubbies or more hangers or shelves to the closets of the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms. It was inconvenient to have to keep my full bag on the floor when I only had about a foot and a half of space on each side of the bed to walk around the downstairs bedroom. The dogs loved it and my apologies for the mountain of dog hair they left! If there was a broom & dust pan for guest use, I would have swept! The main living space was really comfortable between the kitchen, dining area, living area and deck, really nice flow and tons of seating - all in all, I would stay here again with a couple of little tweaks! Great house for a great price :)
