Location, location, location! Come enjoy the scenery and the amenities nearby. Scooter to Armature works, downtown Tampa, Ybor and brewery’s! This historic 1 bedroom apartment comes with appliances, TV, dishes, new towels, bedding and anything you need to make it a comfortable, relaxing experience. Full backyard and grill for your use. Yes we are 10 min away from the stadium!
Pet friendly, $100 non-refundable fee, per pet.

It’s a cozy 1920’s apartment near all your big events. Great place to explore the heart of Tampa, Florida. Original hardwood floors and enough window lighting to light up the apartment.

BEWARE – extremely disturbing vacation rental experience.While the room itself was average, the overall experience was unacceptable due to serious safety and communication issues.The entrance was poorly lit, especially after sunset. Most concerning, while my partner was checking in—within the approved time window, clearly moving in with luggage, and not causing any disturbance—the police were called, apparently by someone nearby. This is something we have never experienced in dozens of prior vacation rentals.The police arrived, announced themselves, and shined a flashlight directly into my partner’s face. The situation was frightening and completely unexpected.We immediately notified the hosts but did not receive a response for several hours, and only after escalating the issue to VRBO customer support. When the hosts finally responded, they offered no support and questioned whether the individuals were “real police officers.” We later confirmed with the Tampa Police Department and were given a reference number verifying the call.The hosts never responded to our requests for a refund, even though we vacated the unit shortly after the police encounter, never stayed overnight due to obvious safety concerns, and touched none of the amenities.This experience left us shaken, and the lack of accountability from the hosts was deeply disappointing. I would not recommend this property to anyone, particularly those who prioritize safety and responsive hosting.
