Welcome to our home! We carefully designed our one-bedroom rustic farmhouse-inspired space with modern monochromatic touches to make a condo space feel as comfortable and convenient as home. The private patio allows you to soak up the sun's warmth. You are only steps away from a shared pool, jacuzzi, putting green, tennis courts, and an outdoor seating area.

The entire house, including outdoor space, is reserved for your exclusive use.

Our condo has one bedroom with a king-size bed and offers a sofa. The bedroom includes a dedicated workspace with an office chair to be productive while remote. The bathroom features essential toiletries and plush cotton towels. The recently upgraded kitchen has a bar counter seating for two, all necessary kitchen amenities, and a dining table for four.

This shared pool does contain a safety barrier but is not heated.

Early check in and late check outs are allowed if the property is available. The fee is $25/hr before 4 pm. Strictly based on availability.

Fireplace: We kindly ask that you do not utilize the wood-burning fireplace.
Pets: Currently not allowed.
Propane Tanks: For amenities that require propane, we do our best to ensure there is remaining propane for your use. However, if there happens to be no propane in the tanks, please let us know, and we will have a new tank delivered the next day. If you need propane the same day, you can replace it at a local grocer and submit the receipt to us for reimbursement.
