Amazing Get Away

We'd loved every minute at this home—charming, warm, and something for everyone to do. I will rent again! Excellent communication the whole time!

Decent place but not worth the price

At first glance this place looks great. Once you settle in there were some pretty big issues. First, while this place could be considered clean on the surface when you start looking around you realize it needs a good deep clean, dusting etc. Second, the pictures make it look way nicer than it is. The furniture is very uncomfortable and not great if you have more than 2 people staying, the outside is very run down, the hot tub is not clean and the cover is broken, and finally the sauna doesn’t really work. Finally, there was major construction happening on the road outside which was shaking the house. There was some good amenities like you would find in a hotel and the managers were very communicative and nice. Would for sure not stay here again. Priced like this is high end, but doesn’t live up to the hype.

We stayed at this house for our yoga retreat and were very happy with our experience. The home is cozy, peaceful, and exactly as pictured.One tip for future guests: the hosts mention this in the listing, but don’t forget to pay attention to it. Be sure to download your map before arriving, as there is no cell service during the last hour of the drive. Also, the navigation app brings you to the beginning of the road rather than the house itself, so you’ll need to continue a little farther along the gravel road.Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay here. We truly enjoyed our time and wish you many wonderful guests in the future!
