Total SCAM! VRBO should remove this place as it is FAKE! no communication. Had to make other arrangements. VRBO helped us out with other accommodations.

Overall enjoyed my stay. Great, safe location. Nice amenities. However, I never got the wifi to work, and had getting a timely response was hard due to the text only.

Scam!

This property manager went MIA before our stay. VRBO staff and myself could not contact them the day of check in and day before, so the reservation was cancelled by VRBO. They refunded me and helped me get a par hotel but I do NOT recommend this property manager at all. Their 3 phone numbers were all disconnected! Stay away!

Horrible

The property owner / manager never communicated how to check in never responded to our text calls even VRBO tried calling and texting, and they didn’t respond to them. We ended up at the last minute, having to try to find an alternative place to stay and ended up just going home. Definitely needs to work on communication.

Great Loacation

Upon entering I immediately checked the couches for a pullout because the listing says it sleep 6. It does not sleep 6, the host clarified saying "they allow UP TO 6 people to stay" and "there are clearly pictures of both beds", but it realistically sleeps 3-4. One bed is a king and the other is a double/full which sits on the floor, there is no bed frame. The dishwasher had water in the bottom which they promptly sent the maintenance over to repair. The washer was not hooked up but it is not listed on the amenities so no biggie. However, as the day went on and we were getting the kids ready for bed, I noticed both of my kids' feet were black from the floor and there were someone's dirty shorts in the bathroom closet. I let them know so they could get with the cleaning people, I was notified that "they were provided time stamped photos of the property being cleaned" and offered to send them back over to clean, but I am not a huge fan of people being in my space. Disposing of garbage was a little difficult, but we searched around and found the dumpsters in the back of the apartment complex. The balcony was awesome, the location was perfect, and the price was reasonable. Response time was between 2 and 3 hrs but considering the hours I messaged them, it was understandable and I appreciated the response time. There was also a lot of food left from the previous people and I never received checkout details so I swept and wiped everything down. Internet worked well.

Our experience was extremely disappointing. When our family arrived, we did not receive any check-in instructions. We tried contacting the host multiple times but received no response.We also attempted to call customer service in the evening and waited on hold for about 20 minutes without anyone answering.As a result, we were left waiting outside for nearly two hours. It was cold, and we did not feel safe standing there with our family. This situation was stressful and uncomfortable.This was our first time using the platform, and unfortunately, it turned into a very poor experience. Clear communication and timely support are essential, especially on arrival day.We hope future guests will not face the same situation.
