Security Deposit: $100 hold, released after departure.
Guest Info: Provide names, contact details, vehicle info, and valid IDs for all non-related guests over 18.
Verification: Complete verification before booking.
Dogs: Max 1 must be registered & leashed. No unattended dogs.
Age Requirement: 25+ or accompanied by parents.
Unregistered Guests: $500 fine + loss of deposit.
Damages: Liable for damages, covered by security deposit or damage protection plan.
Property Care: Keep the property clean and tidy. Excessive mess may incur fees.
Longer Stays: Mid-stay cleaning required for a fee.
No Parties/Events: Strictly enforced.
