Beach 2 blocks away! Heated Pool, Waterview Suite!

Summary:
Welcome to our peaceful, corner suite at Coral Resort. Located on the intracoastal side of Clearwater Beach, our beautifully designed suite is perfectly located with the beach just 2 blocks away and a view of the channel at the bottom of your steps! Cafes, restaurants and bars are right outside the resort! The resort has a heated, waterview pool and landscaped courtyard with BBQ grills. There's free parking and on-site, free laundry. The resort has a day-time manager on site for all your needs!

The Space:
NOTE: Please note that due to ongoing hurricane repairs, the pool and laundry facilities may be unavailable during your stay. Additionally, there will be active construction on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to restore Coral Resort.

** Note, a digital rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This includes providing a photo ID and verification selfie. A small rules agreement will also be presented for signature at check-in **

Our corner suite is unit A-5, a studio suite (250sqft) with views of the resort pool and water. The open layout presents a lot of space and because it's cornered, it's super quiet! As it's a studio, we can only accommodate 2 guests with few exceptions (e.g. small child).

PLEASE NOTE:
- The toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, and coffee provided should last 3-5 days depending on consumption. Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot guarantee anything. If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies!
- PESTS: While we regularly treat all of our homes for pests, it’s not uncommon to see pests because of the heat including cockroaches, ants, and spiders. Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for this, though we’re happy to come by as soon as possible if pests are spotted.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire resort. Parking is free but a parking pass must be placed on the dashboard.

*** PLEASE NOTE: Due to the impact of hurricanes Helene and Milton in October, we are still completing some repair work on the property during weekdays, primarily during daytime hours. Additionally, the pool is currently out of service.

The Neighborhood:
Beachside neighborhood with bars, cafes, ice cream shops, boutique stores, and restaurants all *right there*. Don't even need a car.

Getting Around:
Everything is walkable.

Other Things to Note:
This unit is a private unit at a resort. We manage only a select few units here, all top tier and well taken care of. As a result, we have zero control over any of the amenities outside of the unit.

Interaction with Guests:
Your unit is private but there are 25 units at the resort so all of the amenities are shared.
