• Ride to the Alpine Loop on your OHV - No need to trailer
• 2 separate bedrooms (king beds), one bath, fully equipped kitchen.
• Living room has a sofa hide-a-bed (queen), 2 chairs, & Smart TV.
• The bathroom has a walk-in shower & a single vanity.
• Upstairs deck & downstairs picnic table & grill.
• Washer and dryer between units 1 & 2.
• Onsite parking
Please remember that you're staying in a condo, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

We had a great stay at silver street condo’s! I will have to say we have rented a lot of places through the years and the condo was the cleanest we have ever had! Definitely recommend! Beds are comfy and the condo had all the things we needed…

Amazing Property

Run don’t walk to book this property! One of the best properties we have ever booked! Very clean and new! They have everything you need for your stay. The beds were heavenly after a long day snowmobiling! The property manager was very easy to deal with and very nice!

Very Nice Stay

Great location for activities in the area. Easy access to groceries and restaurants in town. Everything inside is updated and very clean. Couldn't quite figure out the TVs but I'm not on vacation to watch TV anyway.

5 stars, Definitely recommend, It was so nice to get proper rest after long days on the trails. The beds were great the Shower was perfect. I will be coming back.

I had such a fantastic stay! The property was lovely, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to everything in town. Everything was so clean and beautifully decorated; it really felt welcoming. I'm definitely planning to come back and stay here again next year. Thank you so much!

CLEAN! GREAT LOCATION! MASSIVE COMFORTABLE BEDS!

What a great place! Wish we could have stayed there the entire time while visiting Lake City, but it had already been rented out. If you are visiting Lake City, do yourself a favor and stay here. You are going to sleep like a KING/ QUEEN! The beds alone are worth the stay. but the entire apartment is super clean and stocked with everything you need. Bathroom has a nice heater as well. and also the towels are nice and comfortable, lol ...weird but they are. I would definitively stay here again when visiting! Great job!

Enjoyed.

We frequent Lake City every year, but always to camp. We decided to take a fall ride on the loop with family and chose the Silver Street Condos to stay in. Our two bedroom condo was all updated, very comfortable and extremely clean. We used the firepit and the Weber grill that was part of the property. You will need to provide your own wood and chairs for use at the firepit. I highly recommend Silver Street Condos and we will most definitely plan to stay again.
