Cozy place and very clean! Great get away location for couples. Host was also responsive and flexible. If we come back to Lake City we will definitely see if this spot is available again!

Accommodations extremely clean, spacious, and host was quick to answer questions prior to arrival. Location was on the Main Street accessible to stores and restaraunts right down the road. Very quiet at night.

This place was great! We spent four nights and had a wonderful time in Lake City. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and very roomy. It had everything we needed. The location was very convenient. We had great communication with the host. We would be happy to stay here again if in the area.

This is an awesome little find for a trip to Lake City! Very roomy, clean, and has everything you would need whether you’re going through for a night or a longer stay. Host communication was super also.

Way more space than what I expected from the pics. This was a great layout, super usable and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

We had a great stay. The property was very clean, the host was extremely communicative and the location was right on the main street behind the bbq restaurant. This would be a great place to stay for a couple or small family. Would highly recommend.

The place was clean and had all the necessities! Christina was responsive to messages. The heat was on when we arrived. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay here again next time we travel to Lake City to ice climb.

The location was a little hard to find, but honestly once we found it, it was wonderful. The place is very spacious, and very comfortable, and the fact a washer and dryer is there is very helpful. The bed is also very nice!

Just what we needed. Great location, clean, practical. It was fine for just us but it's worth nothing the extra beds in the living room are air mattresses.

This rental was better than we expected. The pictures online did it no justice. Tall ceilings, comfy living room, nice kitchen, laundry, and great location across the street from the park. I’d stay here again.

The apartment is exactly as advertised. Easy to check in and spotless. Really enjoyed the fact that there was a washer and dryer available. Plenty of space to park ATV trailer. Easy access to town. Outstanding stay.

The apartment was pretty, clean and close to everything we wanted. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook with. Dont forget to bring coffee. Our only regret was that there was so much to do in Lake City that we hardly had time to enjoy the VRBO house. The host kept us informed about the fire that was growing nearby.

This unit is very clean and well kept. There are plenty of kitchen and dining utensils and a spacious main room. It's in a great location that's walkable distance to much of Lake City, and an easy drive to the lovely recreational areas nearby, including three 14,000-ft peaks.
