Costa Del Sol B8 –

Updated 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhome located directly on the beach! Perfectly positioned along Scenic Gulf Drive just East of Pompano Joe's, Costa Del Sol is close to countless shopping and dining options. Enjoy plenty of space and stunning gulf views off your private beach front balconies. This beautiful townhome sits right on Miramar Beach offering spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. The unit has a design which you will only see at Costa Del Sol. The property offers a two separate living areas connected by an outdoor staircase.

The first floor is an in-law suite perfect for the member of your group who might need a bit of privacy. The first floor includes its own living space with a flat screen TV, a Queen bedroom with full attached bath, a Queen Sleeper Sofa in addition to a set of Twin bunk beds. You have a porch right outside the first floor apartment that leads to the second floor living space. The third floor is where the additional two bedrooms will be located. All three floors of the town home offer breathtaking views of the Gulf. The first two floors offer ample porch space so everyone can sit outside and take in the views.

First Floor Lock Out: Bonus Den with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Patio Access, Kitchenette, Queen­­ Bedroom with Shared Tub/Shower Combo, Twin Bunk Nook.

Second Floor (Main Entrance): Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, Powder Room.

Third Floor: King Primary Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Balcony Access, Bedroom with Two Full Beds, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

Fun short stay!

Everything was amazing and accommodating for the three families that stayed! The kids enjoyed it and we loved watching the dolphins in the morning! Will be booking again!

Great place

Great unit, the managers do a great job on managing the property. Right on the beach. TVs are web based so we couldn’t watch local channels on them but that was not a concern other than not being able to watch a football game.

The View! The View! The View!

My family and I truly enjoyed our mini vacation to this beach home! The views made the rental worth it alone! The property was very well kept, and spacious. My family loved the fact we could walk right out to the water. Would definitely stay again.

All around nice experience

Only draw back is the two parking spaces each unit is allotted are extremely tight, to the point where it is almost impossible to open a car door. Everything else was great.

Family stay

It was a wonderful stay, even better than the pictures. Space was great for a family of 12 including the kiddos. Right on the beach was the best. We will definitely be back! It has amazing views and the rooms/beds were very comfy. The kitchen was stocked well with kitchen wear. The only thing to remember was to buy coffee, salt, pepper, basic stuff. The only minor issue I would say is while we were checking out and throwing trash out at 10:05 there was a man sitting there that was just a bit rude to my brother that was rushing us to get out so that they could “turn over the place”…we checked out fine but thought it was just a bit rude to sit outside and mention that check out was at 10… we were only trying to make sure we left the place clean. Other than that, please was a great rental for a family beach getaway.

Costa Del Sol - Basement living quarter issues

We enjoyed our stay but had a couple of issues early on. The lower apartment quarters door wouldn't lock from the outside so we were not able to leave the facility until noon the next day when maintenance came and re-programed the lock. The code wasn't working and was unlocked when we arrived so leads me to believe it was a known issue not dealt with. Also in the lower living quarters, the bedroom in the back was very stuffy. Not much air coming out of the air conditioner and no ceiling fan. My inlaws normally keep a very warm house and even they were uncomfortably hot at night. I emailed mgmt company but nothing was even done about it. They tolerated it but certainly not ideal.

Best place I have stayed in Destin

The Hill home has been the best place I have stayed in Destin so far. The furnishings are very nice, the beds are extremely comfortable, the appliances all function as they should, the AC works well, and the unit being split gives some private get away space to others. You could not have better beach access and you are a short walk down the beach to Pompano Joes. The house was clean with plenty of clean towels. We did notice a small stain on once of the couches that the cleaning staff either missed or were unable to get it out. I would definitely stay here again. You can tell the owners have put work into making this a nice home that is kept up.

New Destin Go-To Vacation Spot !

A very cozy condo located on the beach, we had a group of 10 adults and it fit everyone comfortably. Two reserved parking spots for each condo, had a few visitors' spots also and if you still need parking, Alvin's Island across the street offers affordable nightly rates. This place will always be remembered since I proposed to my girlfriend here during Hurricane Ida also ! lol! was a great rainy "the notebook" style proposal on the walkway behind the condo overlooking the ferocious waves of Ida. After returning home I realized I forgot my very expensive camera lens on the bookshelf, I called them to notify it missing and they found it in the next few hours, shipped it back to me in two days. OVERALL wonderful experience !!!! will come back time and time again as long as there's vacancy ! thank you very much !

Absolutely amazing

My family and friends absolutely loved it. Beautifuly decorated with a fully stocked kitchen. Nice bedding and even had chairs and toys for the beach. This place goes over and beyond.

Beautiful condo on the gulf!

Great property, well stocked, beautiful view, right on the sand. We had every bed full, and more than enough bathrooms to keep up with our crew of young adults. I would absolutely rent this property again!

It was a lovely place to stay!!

The view was wonderful!! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. The only negative I have is that it could have been a little cleaner when we got there. Other than that it was perfect ❤️
