Chic beach retreat just blocks from downtown! This newly renovated, pet-friendly home blends coastal charm with modern comfort. Walk to shops, restaurants & the beach, then relax in style with a full kitchen, private outdoor space & cozy vibes. Dogs welcome!

Highlights:

•Pet friendly – dogs welcome! ($35 per day/per pet)
•Walkable to downtown shops, restaurants & cafes
•Minutes from the beach
•Fully equipped kitchen & fast WiFi, 42 inch flat screen TV
•Outdoor patio for relaxing or dining

*This is a duplex, rental is on 2nd floor of house. Unit #2.

1 queen size bed, 1 twin futon, and a queen size air mattress available (upon request only).

Comfortably hosts 3, but can host 4, (air mattress makes the living room less maneuverable).

No smoking, or vaping. ($400 cleaning fee.)

Check in 4pm.

Check out 11am.

We stayed for 7 nights and had a great time. The upstairs duplex was very clean and was well equipped. Was close to everything in Grand Haven!

Had a great time. The check-in process was super easy, and the unit was exactly as described. This was the perfect option for the last minute getaway my wife and I decided on. The location was great as well and we walked to town each morning and just left the car on the driveway. Thanks for the great stay.

Great Cozy apartment in Grand Haven. The bed is comfortable. Shower water pressure was great! Well appointed full kitchen. The owner responded quickly to any questions.

Our stay was great! Had some confusion over how to get the bathroom sink to start and stop. Great location and easy to get to, everything we needed for our stay. I overlooked that it was a duplex and the neighbors were a bit noisy one of the nights, otherwise everything was great.

Perfect location

Location is central to all areas of Grand Haven. The unit was clean and had all the necessary items. Owner was quick to respond with any questions. Highly recommend.

Cozy stay in great location

This upstairs unit was very clean and nicely updated, providing everything we needed for a weekend getaway to Grand Haven. It was a short walk/drive to restaurants and beach, and it’s close to the downtown social area. Our host Lexi was fantastic with great communication. When I asked about recommendations, I was quickly responded to with a detailed list of not only spots in Grand Haven but nearby Muskegon too. I would definitely stay here again!

Coast Guard Weekend

We had a great experience staying at the bungalow! Location was within walking distance of restaurants and all downtown activities. The check-in process was smooth and Alexandria was great at communicating with me before and during our stay. The home was clean and updated. We are locals who wanted to stay downtown for Coast Guard weekend and I would recommend the bungalow for any friends and family visiting in the future!

Great Property and Experience

This is an outstanding rental option in Grand Haven! The newly-remodeled bungalow is well-furnished, exceptionally clean, and comfortable. The host, Alexandria, puts some thought into caring for her guests as well. In the entryway, she had beach towels and lawn/beach chairs available for use, if needed. The location is great on a quiet street in town and is within walking distance to restaurants, bars, entertainment, and the river. This is a second-floor unit, so you need to be able to go up/down stairs. But if that isn't an issue for you, this is a great place to stay! We hope to visit Grand Haven again in the future and will look to this property first.
