Please be advised that Cocoa Beach has recently instituted new regulations and associated fines for all listings within Cocoa Beach, Florida. Of particular significance are the occupancy rules. Guests found to exceed the designated occupancy limit will incur a fine of $250 for the first day of violation, with subsequent violations resulting in fines of $500 per day until the number of occupants is reduced to the specified limit, which is six individuals for this property. This limit applies to all individuals, including adults, children, and infants, as well as visitors. At no time may the total number of guests exceed six. Should you be found in violation of this policy, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, and you will be held responsible for any fines imposed by the city for occupancy violations. We will not assume responsibility for fines incurred by non-compliant guests.

Additionally, it is important to note that similar fines apply to parking regulations. This property is permitted to accommodate a maximum of three vehicles. Exceeding this limit may result in fines, with an initial penalty of $250 for the first day and $500 for each consecutive day of violation.
