The studio was just like in the picture. Very comfortable.

A little oasis in Sin City

The property is close to downtown but not too close. Having a gate and security cameras really helped our peace of mind. The unit had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We'd definitely stay here again!

Nice little spot

Everything went well. Great communication and place was clean and comfortable. There was no tv but that was fine, we would have had no use for it anyway.

Stay was nice and in a good location. Communication with host was very easy. Main issue was either the A/C was not working or was not turned on. Was very hot the whole stay

Nice private room

The room was very clean, and not far from the strip at all, while being in a peaceful residential area. The only issue is the lack of AC, so this might not be a great option for the summer. For mid October it was pretty bearable, especially since we were spending most of our time out of the room.

Cute little studio

Owners were very nice and responsive. Place was clean. Small studio like apt. We weren't there very much so that was fine. Only thing that surprised us was there wasn't a TV in the room.

Cute Cozy Studio

Yen was absolutely an amazing host! If I had a problem they showed up right away and got it fixed, hot water wasn’t working in the shower so I messaged Yen and a few minutes later they showed up at my door ready to fix the problem. Her husband managed to fix it and got the hot water running perfectly! They even offered to refund me for the first day due to the discrepancy I advised them to keep it but they insisted and refunded me♥️♥️ Will definitely book with them again! My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay! Thank you Yen and family!!

A low-quality rental for the desperate

This place seemed pretty good from the pictures, but there were a lot of bad things that lead me to strongly recommend not staying here. The bed, first off, was awful. The sheets and blanket smelled like it'd been used by an old man for several years and never washed, and the mattress was incredibly hard. The kitchen was fine... nothing special. There was no TV, which I'm fine with because I had my computer, but the family next door was incredibly loud and were yelling at each other for a good portion of my afternoon. But the real reason I'd not recommend staying here is the hot water and air conditioning, or lack thereof. It's cold at this time of year, and nothing's worse than stepping into the shower only to realize that there's literally no hot water available. Which is what happened to me. And to add insult to injury, there is no control over air conditioning in the room at all. It's linked to the rest of the house and cannot be altered. Stay away from this, I'd have been better off in a motel.
