Nestled on a scenic grassy ledge with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico, Seamist #5 is a beachfront condominium perfect for your next vacation. This charming unit features one private bedroom and a bunk bed space that kids will adore, offering a cozy yet affordable retreat.

The Seamist building offers parking in the front, with stairs leading to door number 5. Step inside to a spacious, open-plan living area that boasts breathtaking turquoise ocean views. Whether you prefer to relax indoors with your favorite show on the large HDTV or unwind on the private, covered patio with the soothing sounds of the waves, Seamist #5 has it all.

The bright and airy kitchen is open to the living area and equipped with everything you need, including white cabinets, a coffee maker, a blender, and all necessary dishware and glassware. Enjoy casual dining in this well-appointed space.

The private bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed facing a mounted HDTV, providing a perfect sanctuary for relaxation. The hallway includes a custom-built bunk bed with twin-size beds and individual reading lamps, ideal for additional guests.

The full bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combo, white tile, and a marble-topped vanity sink. You’ll also find a convenient stacked washer and dryer in this private space.

Located right on one of the world’s most beautiful beaches, Seamist #5 is the ideal home base for exploring Seacrest Beach. Easy beach access and proximity to local restaurants and shops ensure a delightful stay.

Steps to the beach! It’s so easy to get to the beach. No streets to cross. Just down the steps!Wonderfully clean, quiet, easy, close to shops, central to all hot spots. So many positive things to say, and not a single complaint. This was our second time staying in this rental and we will be back!

Clean & perfect location

This was the cleanest property in the area that I’ve stayed at so far. I loved the easy access to the beach. Kitchen is well-stocked with cooking utensils. Master bedroom mattress was comfy. No complaints.

Not walking distance from restaurants

The view and just being steps from the beach were incredible. We stayed on the 2nd floor so it was a perfect spot to have coffee and watch the sunsets/sunrises. Found a couple live bugs when stripping sheets the morning we left.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sea mist is the ideal location. I enjoyed every aspect of our stay! The place was clean, up to date and well taken care of. The balcony was directly on the beach over looking the water. The private beach access was secluded and wonderful. We can’t WAIT to come back and stay here again.

Everything was great except the beds are not comfortable.. Besides that, everything was great and everything worked!! Plenty of pans to cook with.. and even a sweet tea pitcher!!
