Thanks for staying with us at this unit. We are happy you found the location great and that you were pleased with how well stocked the kitchen was. We do our best to ensure the kitchens are stocked with utensils, glassware and cookware. We are also available to deliver any item you need for cooking once we have them available. On the other hand; we do apologize that you did not have an overall great experience. Please note that there are some issues that are handled by the HOA or third party companies. Due to them being external, we have no control over their work schedule. We do however aologize for any inconvenience you experienced as it is always our aim to resolve any issues guests experience as quickly as possible.
