Blue Haven 30a is all about the Location, the View & the Details! Our newly owned and managed condo is brand new to the rental market and directly on the Beach on Scenic Hwy. 30A! Come see why this will be your happy place. Enjoy sunrises, sunsets, your coffee or cocktails on our private balcony with private beach access to the sugar-white sand and beautiful, emerald-green water of the Gulf of Mexico on Seacrest Beach.

The Space
Amazing views of the Gulf from the Kitchen, Living Room, and Private Balcony! This property is a beach lovers dream!

Ramsgate #5 sleeps 2 and is under new management and ownership and upgrades are coming soon. The Master Bedroom offers a NEW KING size bed with posh linens. New sofa sleeper that offers new posh bedding as well.

Living room has flat panel, big screen, smart TV's to watch cable or streaming channels such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. Bedroom has now has a smart TV. Wireless high speed Internet service and cable television are included.

Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook and dine in the home. The bathroom features a shower/tub combo and a NEW well-lit vanity. Washer & Dryer are provided in Condo.

I am very passionate about taking care of my customers and excited to be a part of a wonderful family business that has been in existence for well over 20 years now. I enjoy spending time with my wife and 3 kids. I also enjoy playing golf and play a couple times a week!
