この美しいビーチリトリートで足を上げて髪を下ろします。 ベッドルームを除くコンドミニアムのほぼすべての部分から湾の景色をお楽しみください。 地元の有名なインテリアデザイン会社であるTracery Interiorsが最近行った新しい改造が気に入っています。 大きな屋根付きのポーチで、ビーチに座っていないときはいつでも湾の正面と夕日をお楽しみください。 シーミストコンドミニアムには、クイーンベッドを備えたマスタースイートが1つと、廊下に2つのツインが追加されており、二段ベッドとして巧妙に組み込まれています。 キッチンとダイニングルームは、湾の床から天井までの景色を望むオープンコンセプトです。 2つの無料の大人用自転車で、シークレストビーチ、アリスビーチ、または象徴的なローズマリービーチにあるサウスウォルトン村まで短時間で移動します。

Perfect condo for our family four. Easy access to beach, clean condo with nice well kept furnishings, and helpful and communicative hosts. Condo is small but the layout is well thought out and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The massive sliding glass doors onto the balcony make for an awesome unobstructed view of the Gulf and make the space feel even bigger.

Beautiful view and beautiful room! Location was very convenient and you couldn’t ask for better beach access. The room was very nice and perfect for a small group. Only complaint is the mattresses on the twin bunks. I’m sure they would be fine for small children but not accommodating/comfortable for adults. I’ve slept on bunks in similar room setups and had no issues but these mattresses definitely need an upgrade or a topper. Other than that everything was perfect!

Loved it! Would stay here again!

Steps to the beach, which is what we were looking for. Private beach with only condo’s guests- not crowded. It’s location is right near everything- we went to all of the different beach towns for dinner and shopping. Carly communicated throughout the trip, and we had a GREAT trip! We would definitely plan to stay here again for another trip to the area.

Wonderful Oceanfront property

Nicely appointed unit. Clean, and fantastic beachfront view. Good location to restaurants and shopping. Excellent communication with property management. Will definitely return.

Restful Getaway

Great vacation rental!

We absolutely loved the condo! Clean, well decorated and modern. The view was as advertised and the beach area was perfect. The owners were very attentive and responsive and we will definitely stay there again. I highly recommend this place!

Location great. Furniture very tired.

Location is excellent and unit very clean, however, the furniture is quite worn and uncomfortable. I wouldn’t stay again for that reason.

Perfect place to stay!

The location of this unit is amazing! We loved everything about it! Quiet and perfect for a relaxing beach vacation. So nice to just be able to walk straight onto the beach and have easy access to go back up to the room. We loved the screen door on the front door to have the breeze go through and through! We will definitely be back and will recommend to everyone!!!

Seamist Condo Review

This condo was the perfect spot for our family’s spring break trip and we’ll definitely be back. This place has it all from great views, easy access to the beach, 30A, and chair and equipment rentals from local vendors. Our favorite part about the stay was being able to spend so much time on the private beach with our family during the day.
