Welcome to the Turtle Nest at the iconic Aliki Gold Coast Townhouses in Flagler Beach where beach side is the best side. Enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise from both the Great Room and the Master Bedroom balconies. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from both lower and upper rear balconies. Be pampered with all the luxurious touches and included amenities such as a stocked coffee bar, bath products, fluffy towels, and quality linens.

This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom townhouse is in the heart of Flagler Beach, a hidden small town gem between St Augustine and Daytona Beach. The house is stocked with everything you need for a luxurious beach vacation. Just steps from the Atlantic Ocean, the home has Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach amenities to use for a day at the beach. The walkway to the beach is directly across from the townhouse, making a day of fishing at the beach a breeze. Afterwards, there is a beautiful private community pool for relaxing, and areas for grilling/dining with the ocean as your backdrop. Nearby restaurants featuring fresh seafood are within walking distance and make dining a breeze.

Newly renovated and redecorated in fall of 2024, this townhouse is like stepping into a coastal magazine. The kitchen is redesigned with all new quartz countertops, new custom cabinets, gorgeous tile backsplash, and state-of-the-art stainless appliances. The kitchen is well-appointed with every amenity for cooking and making your vacation a home away from home. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with private balcony overlooking the ocean and the guest bedroom has two twin beds with a private balcony view of the intracoastal waterway and its stunning sunsets. The oversized living room balcony is the perfect place to sit and watch the ocean. With polywood rocking chairs and matching dining set, enjoy the day in relaxation. The townhouse is stocked with a wide assortment of puzzles, games, and cards for lazy day or rainy day activities. Parking in the carport can fit 2 vehicles. She made us welcome from the time we arrived until we checked out.
We truly enjoyed the Happy Hour at the Golden Lion. Plus they have music on Thursday nights.
There was a full moon the first night we arrived. This was the view from our decks.
There is a lake in walking distance that has amazing sunsets.
Our dog Kelce loved watching the world go by from our deck.

Beautiful sunrises and relaxing ocean waves

This was the first time we stayed at a location on the ocean. What a wonderful experience. The townhouse far exceeded the description and pictures. The place is furnished with everything you need to enhance the stay, and the amenities are high quality. Communication with the owners was extremely responsive and timely. As far as any maintenance, there was no need for anything as the place is very up to date in in the best shape we have ever seen in our 9 years of Florida rentals. If we decide to stay in Flagler Beach again in the future, this will be our first place to check for avalability.

The beach view was wonderful from both balconies.The host was awesome and communicated whenever needed. I wish the pool was heated because I would have enjoyed using it. We had everything we needed and if we didn’t we just messaged the host and she made sure we got it.
We had several of these planes flying by on few different days.

Hello! After visiting St Augustine many times a year for more than a decade we fell in love with the area and decided to make Florida our permanent residence. As a Flagler Beach resident I love being a host and helping guests have the most wonderful vacation imaginable in the nicest small beach town in Northeast Florida. Flagler beach is known for its pink coquina sand and iconic fishing pier located in the heart of downtown. Ultra wide sidewalks that extend from one end of town to the other along A1A provide the perfect oceanfront stroll or bike ride.

Flagler Beach is the perfect small Florida beach town boasting many fantastic locally owned restaurants. Only 5,000 people and 2 traffic lights preserve the small town atmosphere. Flagler Beach is renowned for its coquina pink sand and its iconic pier (undergoing construction of a new pier expected to open in 2027). The downtown park across from the beach has Saturday festivals and farmers markets. Restaurants are all locally owned and feature fresh seafood and wonderful cuisine. Most restaurants are located on A1A overlooking the ocean so you can relax and enjoy the view while dining.

2nd and 3rd story views of the ocean are breathtaking. Our townhouse has been newly renovated and redecorated to provide a luxury vacation. We strive for personalized attention to our guests, and they return to our townhouse year after year.
