High school spring break

The location was perfect. A little quieter than the main hussel and bussel. 2 minute walk to the beach. We walked to the pier several times which was about 25 min walk.

Great place!

I thought this was a great little place to stay. It is in a quiet neighborhood area but still walkable to restaurants and only 2 blocks from the beach. Parking right outside available as well. Would definitely come back!

Great little place

Really enjoyed our stay. The place had extra beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, etc, which was a huge help. Short walk to the beach and conveniently location for the price. Had some WiFi issues but not a huge deal.

Perfect For Couple

The place was bright, clean, and had all the things we needed, even some extra coffee and sugar! It was close enough to walk to the strip but far enough to be nice and quiet. It was also very close to the dog friendly portion of the beach. We'd definitely stay here again!

Great location to beach, restaurants, bars. My only suggestion would be to fix the blinds in the living room so the sunlight can come in.

Great Location

We loved our stay here the only thing that bothered me was a phone call after we checked out for 141.00 for my pet. I booked thru VRBO. I also stated I have an animal, I figured that was in the price. OH_WELL:)

Thanksgiving Delight

Enjoyed staying the week of Thanksgiving with family and our little dog. Perfect location in a quite neighborhood but short walk to beach and town. Fully stocked kitchen, roomy living room with new 55 inch TV, bedroom had full closet to store luggage or hang up your clothes. Easy parking close to door. Easy check in process. Had a few issues but property owner and Belloise Realty handled quickly and efficiently. I would stay here again.

Neighborhood feel

Nice property, but you can tell it's older. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean and kept up. Furniture and beds are in good shape. I would totally rent this place again. Very easy to check in and we liked being closer to the neighborhood than all the hotels and night life. Very convenient to the trolley stop if you don't have a car but you can easily walk to restaurants and pier.

Clearwater Escape

We've always preferred staying at the north end of Clearwater Beach. Close enough to walk to most everything, but far enough to enjoy the peace & quiet of this neighborhood setting. Captain's Quarters was the perfect spot for my husband, me & our four-legged family member. It was clean & comfortable and have everything we needed for a weekend stay. Belloise is very responsive, which was greatly appreciated. We will be back & highly recommend it!

everything was great, except could have used more toilet paper. 1 roll for three women for three days was not enough. older ladies we pee alot. ac could have been little bigger to cool down the entire space. not aweful thou. overall was wonderful.

Needs more accommodations

There was no soap for the bathroom. My door lock was not working and we arrived on a Sunday. So nobody was responding to me. Then the next day the battery died in my door lock so we could not get in. Location was great and great space for two of us.

Captains Quarters

2 blocks to the beach, easy walk. This is an older building probably late 50s or early 60s. Unit was clean upon arrival. Small appliances provided. Plenty of kitchen and bath towels. I was a little confused on check in but it worked out fine. Beach chairs outside, no umbrella. I brought my own so I don't know if the chairs functioned or not. Nice place but a couple things to keep in mind. The living room window faces west and the blinds don't shut. The TV is across from the window so in the evenings was hard to see. AC keeps the place comfortable but can be loud, not a biggee. Had a good time.

Needs work done on property

Needs all cement floor replaced, Bed frame stuck out and almost cut our let. No extra bedding no extra cleaning for two weeks. Floor was cracked and had holes in it! The umbrella and chairs outside were trashed. Outside deck was a joke.

One trash bag - misleading description

This was the most disappointing experience I have ever had with VRBO. The location was selected because of the comfortable couch in the photographs because that is where my teenager wanted to sleep. That couch isnt there. It’s an ugly and fairly uncomfortable black leather-like couch. The property is managed by a property manager and not an individual. So in addition to the vrbo terms and conditions they require you sign a lease. This particular company has a lease that provides one trash bag, one roll of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels. No dish soap, no other necessities for the day-to-day. The “roll away bed” is a piece of foam on a small cot with wheels. It was questionable at best. The home also has several signs that ask the guest to hose off any sand from the beach outside before coming in, but there was no hose, only a spigot that sprayed water uncontrollably. For a family of 4 staying for an entire week, we expected to have more in the way of necessities. We ended up spending nearly $100 on necessities: dish soap, coffee filters, sheets for the uncomfortable couch, extra blankets, dish soap, tissues, toilet paper, and trash bags. We would have been better off staying at a hotel for the fees on top of the cost of the accommodations for the week. The “costs” were nearly equal to the price per night.
