✦Safety : there is a UPENN security check point next to us . They are on patrol continue to late night

✦This is our new listing , we are continue to furnish more . we need suggestions from our guests , so we can better sevice and accommodation . We're always experimenting with new decor and furnishings so you may notice the space presented slightly different than in our photos, but you can always expect it to be just as stylish... if not more!

Guests have full access the entire townhouse .

We also have a GARDEN at backyard which is sharing and operating with our neighbors . Please DON'T CROSS the boundary line and interrupt our neighbors !!! We have a stunning gazebo, sit in the back for our guests relax and enjoy our beautiful plants at this hidden garden .

Other details to note

School get off around 3 pm , the front street will blocked for 10 minutes ,also may hear some short crowd of students at front door .

We don’t offer parking , It’s street parking. please refer our instructions.

The house was spotless when we arrived and well equipped. We had an issue with our heat and the owner addressed it immediately which was much appreciated. Parking was easy as described. The neighborhood was pretty quiet for being in Philly! There are stores nearby if you need anything. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would stay again!We did stay with our 3 year old and the only suggestion I have is to have something to cover/block the basement stairs. There was a big draft coming upstairs since it was very cold when we stayed and the stairs are right off of the kitchen making us a little nervous with a 3 year old running around. We just put some chairs there and it was a non issue though.

Obsessed with this house. Stayed with a girlfriend for a mini girls trip. We were able to walk to catch the train for a Phillies game, which was great. But the garden was the true highlight of the home. The inside was also spotless & had great appliances and finishes. We will absolutely be back, if we find ourselves headed to Philly again.

A comfortable and convenient place for our family to stay while doing college visits. The highlight is the amazing hidden garden behind the house—just lovely. A true oasis.

Lovely Property in a Fantastic Location

A quiet getaway near the heart of University City, this home was a perfect jumping off point for exploring Philly and getting our son set up for a month-long program at Penn, just a short walk away. It was hot during our stay, but we slept cool inside and still very much enjoyed the gorgeous, shady garden. Our host Ivy was very helpful and responsive. We would love to return!

Excellent Property in Every Way

We loved everything about this property. The pictures accurately depict the property. The garden which is available for guests to sit in is gorgeous! The place was very clean and the kitchen had almost everything we needed for cooking. The beds are quite comfortable. Best of all, the location of the property is very quiet (this is hard to find in Philly). We didn't hear traffic or siren noises at all. If you want a great night's sleep, this is a perfect place.

Truly a Great Find!

This property is exactly as listed! We stayed to be close to CHOP for hospital appointments & it is a great location for that as well as anything in Philadelphia. EVERYTHING we did was 20min or less away. Sometimes we drove but mostly used Uber which is cheap & always many drivers around so our longest wait was 5min. We walked to a grocery store I think 2 blocks away as well as several restaurants! Easy walk & flat sidewalks. The townhome is very clean, organized & well stocked. The kitchen has utensils, plates, glasses, etc. The bathroom has hotel style shampoo, conditioner & body wash in the shower. Plenty of towels. Thermostat was the easiest I’ve ever used. TV was easy to operate as well, including wifi! Very quiet neighborhood day & night. School was in session but not loud (no school buses so none of those loud noises). Beautiful rear flower garden! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

This is a gorgeous property with plenty of space and beautiful accommodations. The street parking was easy and the owner was ready to get in touch with. Access is remote making it very convenient in an area where it is hard to find places to stay. Highly recommend.

Lovely stay in cute townhouse with sweet back garden

Ivy's townhouse is charming and quiet, located on a side street where we were always able to find parking. The back garden is just lovely - we wished the weather had been better so we could have enjoyed it more. Super comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen, and everything was clean and new. Highly recommended.

Return trip to Philly

This property has intermittently been our home away from home for the last few months as we come to visit our family member in the hospital at Philadelphia. It is a beautiful comfortable space in the perfect location. Now that it’s spring the outdoor space is a wonderful bonus! When not available we have also stayed at this owners other property which is also lovely.

Penn Research Center stay

Extremely convenient location to Penn Med research complex. Simple access. Very comfortable and squeaky clean townhouse. Upper tier kitchen appliances. Take stock of pots pans and spices for meal planning. Wonderful & inviting outdoor space for warmer weather.

The place was sparkling clean and comfortable with all the essentials for our weekend stay. Close to Penn for our event. On-street parking was not a problem at all over the weekend. Would definitely return due to proximity to campus. Too cold to enjoy the garden!

great place to stay

We were in Philadelphia to support our daughter and grandbaby hospitalized at CHOP. It was a beautiful and comfortable environment to unwind at the end of the day and be together as a family. It was perfectly located, walkable to CHOP, Ronald McDonald House, grocery store and all other conveniences. Street parking was always available. Great communication with the host. We have already booked our next trip back in a few weeks.

Perfect

The place is beautiful and had everything we needed. The only thing I was unsure of was the check out procedure. Normally, it states what to do in the email, however the only check out procedure listed was to make sure the door was locked. Other then that, the stay was great!
