Come enjoy peaceful waterfront lake living in this home located at the end of a quiet street in an Anderson neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, marina, and shopping. Step inside to find a tranquil, open living and dining room, perfect for relaxing after a day on the lake. The bedrooms offer a mix of 1 king and 3 queen beds, ensuring a good night's sleep for all guests. With 3 bathrooms, including a bathtub for a soothing soak, everyone can freshen up in comfort. Two bedrooms and two baths located on the main level, with two bedrooms and a full bath downstairs. Enjoy the lake on the private, covered boat dock or watch the game on the back patio! We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our house!

This home is 25 minutes to Clemson University and 40 minutes to downtown Greenville with easy access to I85.

The house itself was great. It was very clean and comfortable. However, the house does not have some of the items that you have come to expect in most rentals. There are no chairs to use on the boat dock, no foil or baggies, plastic wrap, no soap or shampoo in showers. We were not comfortable using the baking sheets without foil as the looked a bit rusty. There are ALOT of spider webs and spiders. Management company said they were having an increased number of spiders this year. They did come over very quickly to get rid of some very large spiders that were keeping us from enjoying the outdoor area. I would not stay away from this house, but make sure to pack all the little things you may need.

This was an absolutely beautiful stay. Communication was great. House was fabulous. Everyone was very comfortable and had a great time.

Great Thanksgiving Stay

Absolutely loved our stay. Host was super responsive and helpful with all concerns and questions. Beautiful Thanksgiving lunch views from dining area. Nice, clear path to the lake. Well stocked kitchen.

Responsive property mgmt

Heat would not turn on when we arrived but property mgmt had HVAC contractor there within an hour. A few more essentials would have been appreciated such as soap for the showers and salt and pepper. Otherwise the house is beautiful, had everything we needed in a great location.

Clemson getaway

We stayed here with a group of friends for the Clemson game and it was great! Beautiful outside patio with a view of the lake. Plenty of space for 3 couples. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely amazing!

Our family of 6 was more than comfortable in this property. The kitchen was so well stocked and had anything you could need to prepare meals. The back porch was perfect to watch college football and hang out with the kids. Fishing off the dock was an added bonus, even though we didn’t get anything. Looking forward to booking this property again!

Outstanding Rental!!

The dock is huge. We brought a fishing boat and rented a Pontoon from Lake Valet (HIGHLY RECOMMEND) and there was plenty of space to dock both boats and not interfere with swimming. It has no wood so bare feet are safe! Dock is next to a bridge which means there is a no wake zone to prevent large waves from crashing the dock. Paved walkway all the way to the dock. Outdoor patio area was a great feature along with the brand new grill. House was clean and in great shape. AC worked perfect. We really enjoyed our stay! Driveway was steep but very manageable. We parked 4 vehicles with no problems.
