I’m Carly, a local Indy host who loves creating spaces where design meets comfort. My husband and I started Lazy Sunday Rentals because we believe travel should feel like a retreat—whether you’re here for work, an event, or a little downtime. Hosting is one of my favorite parts of what I do, because it allows me to meet people from all over and share the best parts of our city. We’ve designed this home with care, adding thoughtful touches like cozy beds, a fully stocked kitchen, and little extras that make your stay feel easy and memorable. When I’m not hosting, you can usually find me enjoying coffee at one of Indy’s local spots or chasing around our kids with our pup in tow.

Being just blocks from Lucas Oil Stadium and the Convention Center makes it perfect for game days, concerts, and big events. At the same time, you’re close to some of our favorite local restaurants, coffee shops, and the vibrant culture downtown has to offer. The neighborhood has a mix of energy and convenience—you can walk to major attractions, but you’re also tucked into a space that feels private and relaxing after a busy day. It’s the best of both worlds, and we love being able to share that experience with our guests.
