Enjoy your stay in Venice in this cozy, quiet home with a heated pool. This unit is centrally located just two miles from Venice island and four miles from two different beaches. It's right off of US 41 where there's plenty of shopping and restaurants.

This unit has two bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed, dresser, large smart TV, and full sized closet. The living room has two couches and a large smart TV.

Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need: stove, fridge, microwave, pots and pans, and all cooking and eating utensils.

The unit also has a dining room table, washer/dryer, office desk, and there's a sliding glass door in the back that leads to the heated pool. Backyard also has a gas grill and bicycles for use.

Note: this unit is a duplex, so two units share the backyard space.

Great location for us, we where able to have 20 min or less of a drive to everywhere we went! The pool was loved by my kids we didnt get to use it much due to cold weather! I didnt give 5 stars due to the untidy ness of unit ,cob webs and dirt on floor. Beds where not the best very hard. Kitchen lacked in cups and if u cook not much in way of pots and pans no pitcher for drinks...But host was great and price was right.
Great location safe area friendly neighborhood!

The house was not very well taken care of. There were only 2 glasses besides the plastic restaurant ones. No extra toilet paper or amenities like shampoo were included either. The pool was never heated and that was the main reason for staying there. Being from Michigan, we were looking forward to warm water in the pool. Numerous attempts to reach the owner were ignored. Very unhappy. with this property. We have never been disappointed with VRBO homes before and we were very disappointed.

Pool heat didn’t work. Messaged host response was yes it is. It clearly wasn’t working and the other tenants said it was really warm all last week. Pool company finally came yesterday because other tenants complained and the pool company said heat wasn’t working because water level was too low and host only pays for once a week maintenance. On top of the filthy house upon move in terrible experience. Terrible host, terrible experience and recommend VRBO drop them as a host.

The location was perfect for where we wanted to go. The house was very clean and well equipped. The pool was a lovely addition we used a couple of times. The property manager was very responsive to all of our concerns. We would definitely stay there again.
Kitchen area off a laundry room with a small bathroom. The pool deck is directly off there.
The kitchen. Dishwasher, fridge, stove, all utensils we needed.
