Set along Honeoye Lake, this renovated lakefront home offers panoramic water views, a private hot tub, expansive deck, screened porch, and direct access to a shared dock. Designed for families and friends, the property combines comfortable indoor spaces with year-round Finger Lakes recreation.

Spend warmer days kayaking, fishing, or relaxing beside the water. During winter, enjoy ice fishing on Honeoye Lake or visit Bristol Mountain and Hunt Hollow for skiing. Both ski destinations are approximately 15 minutes away.

Guests have access to the entire property except for a locked cleaning closet. Uber may be available, but service and operating hours vary, so a personal vehicle is recommended.



Important information:



* The indoor fireplace is not available for guest use.

* The gas grill is available, but guests must refill the propane when needed and clean the grill after each use.

* Early check-ins and late checkouts are not available.

* Exterior cameras monitor the front-door area. There are no cameras inside.

* Parties and events are not permitted.

* Please inspect the home upon arrival and report any damage or concerns within the first hour.

* Before departure, secure the home, start the dishwasher, turn off air-conditioning units during summer, and set the heat to 60°F during winter.



Because this is a lakefront property, seasonal insects and cobwebs may appear between cleanings. The home is thoroughly cleaned before every arrival, but additional pest-control service or cobweb removal is not provided during a stay.

Lovely home ! I had a great birthday with my family. We had a coupleof minor issues but the host responded promptly and fixed them very fast. Very impressed with the kitchen- well equipped. Again thank you for the great hospitality!

Perfect lakefront cottage

We loved everything about this cottage and its location! The cottage is beautiful, clean, and has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The proximity to the large grass area, beach, basketball court, and water made for endless activities. We cant wait to come back next summer!

The house was nice, well kept but the supplies were limited

This house was nice, clean, well kept up. It was also well stocked with dishes, pots and pans etc. However, there were missing supplies (like tissues, trash bags, sandwich bags) and we were also told that it was up to us to replace the propane tank. When we requested trash bags and dishwasher pods, they were brought to us but it took 24 hours to get them. In addition, as is clear from the pictures, there is a grassy field between the house and the water. It was treacherous to walk to the water because of many geese droppings. This also made it hard for our grandchildren to use the field and the playground. There were not many restaurants nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Maintenance information: Emergency maintenance is available 24/7 for urgent concerns such as flooding, leaks, fires, or sewage backups. Non-emergency maintenance is available daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Requests received after 6:00 PM will generally be addressed the following day. Routine property services: * Lawn care may occur during your stay. Please remove personal belongings and lawn games from the yard. * The hot tub is cleaned and serviced weekly, which may occur during your stay. Advance notice will be provided. Please wait 30 minutes after servicing before using the hot tub. * Snow-removal crews work to keep the driveway accessible. Short delays may occur during heavy snowfall because the service team maintains multiple properties.
