RELAX, UNWIND AND ENJOY.
Welcome to our exceptional, newly renovated, fully equipped apartment located in the village of Clayton NY with open view of St. Lawrence Seaway. Watch the sunsets and ships pass by from your private covered deck. Walking distance to many restaurants, entertainment, shopping. Antique Boat Museum is two blocks away.
Reserved covered private parking for two vehicles.

The space
This newly renovated, privately located apartment is on the second floor of a marina complex. Includes open floor plan, fully furnished kitchen to enjoy coffee, cocktails, cooking and dining with your spectacular view of the St. Lawrence River with double French doors leading out to your covered private deck. There is also a second deck for grilling and soaking up the sun a few steps away.
This apartment has two bedrooms with two queen size beds and two full bathrooms featuring tub/shower combination for your relaxation.
For your convenience there is central AC/heat, high speed internet, two smart TV’s dishwasher and washer/dryer. Sheets, pillows, towels, Keurig coffee maker, all kitchen equipment are also included.
Bring your boat or rent a boat. Boat slip may be available at this marina for an additional fee.

This apartment is Wonderful, exceeded our expectations . Our host was very welcoming . The place has everything you need plus more and exceptionally clean and maintained. The view was beautiful .I would recommend this anyone , walking distance to all Clayton has to offer . We cannot wait to stay here again

Amazing place!

Everything about this waterfront rental in Clayton is amazing! The view, the amenities, the location, the sunsets on the deck and the cleanliness all were amazing. Tucked away on a dead end street overlooking a marina, this apartment is very quiet. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. We even got to meet the owner, Mark, and we made sure to share our thoughts with him. What a great place!

Weekend getaway

Mark is a wonderful host. He is communicative and responsive. He took the time to make sure our needs were met. Location is excellent, within walking distance to all Clayton has to offer. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended.

Relaxing and peaceful

We stayed here to visit the area and an old friend. This location gave us easy access to the water, sight seeing and walking of the town. The porch and balcony are the perfect spot for a morning cup of coffee or to watch the water and sun rise/set. The interior of the unit is excellent.

The Perfect River View

We had an amazing stay and Mark and Robin were great hosts! The apartment is newly renovated (it looks brand new!) and was comfortable and cozy with modern fixtures and so many amenities. It was simply perfect for us for our weekend getaway; very relaxing, and the sunset views were priceless! The location was perfect (a short walk will get you quickly to the Antique Boat Museum, restaurants, and shopping) with convenient parking inside the marina just below the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, the all-important corkscrew 😊, and wine glasses. It has two private bedrooms and bathrooms, and the beds were very comfortable. We had an amazing stay and felt this was a great bang for our buck. We will definitely be returning renters. This is one of those places you could book an entire season at and be very comfortable and happy!

Amazing place with a view!

Loved this place! Amazing find, super clean, two completely separate en suite bedrooms with lots of privacy. The view of the marina and sunset is incredible.
