I have nothing but good things to say about my time in this condo. The furniture is incredibly cute and surprisingly cheap compared to other options in the area. My partner and I had a great time relaxing in North Conway here, and we would definitely see ourselves doing it again!

Family of 3 stayed for a long weekend. 1 day of shopping, one day at Santas Village which is just about an hour away. Great location, it was clean, easy check in/out. We would book again.

Boo Bear Cabin is definitely a repeat booking for us!

We had an amazing time at Boo Bear Cabin. Joey was an amazing attentive host. One of the best I have dealt with in my experience with VRBO. House theme was adorable and fitting for NH. Balcony views were amazing and pool access is just foot steps away. Perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation. We can’t wait to book again!

We had a great stay. The host was kind and had excellent communication. This condo was exactly what it says “cozy”. So adorable, perfect for our couples getaway. Perfect location to be away from it all yet close enough to take drive into North Conway for dinner and sight see up the Kangamangus Highway. A big plus that we weren’t able to take advantage of: host was allowing us to get into the condo by 2pm which is a huge bonus, you don’t find that nowadays. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Great memories were made.

Great location, easy to access Pinkham Notch, town or nearby ski resorts. Quiet despite proximity to road, nice view. Host very responsive and helpful. Very clean!The only gripe it was short on bath towels for the amount of people (3) arriving. We have had to scrape the apartment to find one extra towel. If we had 4 people we would be short and would’ve to share towels. The other thing was the bedding for the pull out sofa was also hidden but in the end we have found it buried at the bottom of a basket.

First off, Joey was an amazing host and was very responsive! He answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The location is very convenient; close to Storyland and downtown. It is decorated in rustic bear decor that the kids loved. Place was clean with full kitchen, including plenty of pans and utensils. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and looking at the mountains. The kids also enjoyed when the scenic railway came through right behind the property (it doesn’t run at night, so no worries there). A few minor things that may be helpful to future renters- there is no tea kettle but there is a Keurig, coffee pot, microwave and plenty of cups. Master bedroom door is a sliding barn door and doesn’t really close well…just a heads up in case traveling with people other than immediate family. Great stay overall!

This was a perfect place for anyone who wants to do a lot in the North Conway area, but stay just outside of the craziness. We were less than 10 minutes from the shops and restraunts we wanted to go to, and not far from any outdoor activities as well. It was also close enough that we could spend some down time there in between places if needed. Would absolutely look to stay here again when we return to the area.
