Welcome to your perfect blend of comfort and convenience in this split-level house, ideally located close to Waukee schools and west side hospitals. This spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home offers modern amenities, making it an ideal choice for families or professionals looking for a comfortable place to call home.
Favorite things we love:
• 3 Bedrooms, with an optional 4th sleep space: 1 King, 1 Queen, and 2 Twins. The downstairs also has a daybed.
• 3 Bathrooms: 2 full baths upstairs and one half bath on the main level with the laundry.
• 3 Living Areas: A split-level layout with multiple spaces, including a bright living room looking to the front yard, a separate family room with a TV and cozy fireplace overlooking the back yard, and an office with room for toys, if needed.
• Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, new countertops, and ample cabinet space. You can use the sliding door to access the back deck where you can relax with your coffee or wine!
• Backyard: If you like to plant flowers or have a garden there is a space for you to create whatever you’d like.

Perfect location near everything and very comfortable, well-appointed home. It very easily accommodated 7 of us and provided us a nice space for our family to be together. We will definitely return!

This house was perfect for our base when in town for a family wedding. Enough room for the Guy Dinner before the wedding and still cozy enough for us to relax after the festivities. Great hosts and very nice neighborhood.

The house was perfect for our visit with friends and family. We stayed two weeks and the house was comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. It does back up to a busy street however there is a nice barrier of trees that blocks the noise. Both sides have a fence but there is no back fence. Our dog was fine in the yard with us out there with her. The back deck was a great hangout spot. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Very clean and nice neighborhood. No TVs in other bedrooms, only master bedroom. Not the most comfy set up for family TV time especially for all adults (came with adult kids)- only say this because we came to have a low key weekend with the family - watch movies, eat and hang out. But living room isn’t set up for that so much. The house is beautifully clean and nice. I don’t want deter anyone from booking. Just giving a heads up for what type of stay you are looking for. Great location - close to lots of places to eat and shop.
