We had a wonderful stay. The neighborhood is charming and peaceful, with a great coffee shop and a few small local spots just around the corner. Getting into downtown took about 10 minutes, which was easy and never felt inconvenient.The rooms were comfortable, thoughtfully decorated, and perfect for our three‑night stay. We also loved that it was an easy walk to Back Cove—such a beautiful waterfront path—and the whole area felt quiet and relaxing.Overall, a lovely place to stay and a great experience.

It is a great location and close to downtown Portland and the airport. Just know that this unit is on a residential street in an older home (which you can't tell from the posted pictures) with a downstairs (the VRBO) and an upstairs unit. So, it is charming in a way and well appointed, but in need of some maintenance. The front steps are high and the railing is very wobbly. A back door leading to the 2nd floor unit was not locked when we arrived, meaning the unit could be accessed from the apartment above, and we couldn't budge the deadbolt. (A maintenance man came quickly and was able to get the door locked; otherwise, we weren't going to stay!) Some of the inner doors do not fully close - in particular the one in Bathroom#2. And, you can hear every footstep from the people on the second floor, who when we stayed, had a toddler who liked to run a lot!

Great 3 br apartment

Great location, 8 minutes from downtown Portland. Perfect size for 4 adults and large dog and very responsive hosts.

We stayed with our twe adult children and their spouses. The property is well located for area sightseeing and local restaurants. Furnishings were up to date and comfortable for our 6 adult stay. Kitchen features up to date stainless appliances. Would definitely recommend.

Terrific stay! We were a group of college friends (college was 40 years ago). The unit was comfortable for six adults. We had great dinners for 8. Neighborhood had great coffee (the Proper Cup), pizza (Leonardo’s), Thai food (Vientiane Market). And walking trails around Back Bay a 5 minute walk.
